Spontaneous Movement Activities and Games in the Daily Regime of a Nursery School
Račáková, Jana ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor) ; Pokorný, Ladislav (referee)
The objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out the content and scope of movement activities and games in spontaneous activities in the kindergarten's day regime in relation lo s o m e selected factors. Another objective was to learn what arc the conditions for movement activities in kindergartens and to which spontaneous activities and spontaneous movement activities children incline when playing spontaneously and which factors affect their choice. The following methods were applied: observation, experiment, m a n a g e d interview and entries in registration sheets. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
The Conditions for Spontaneous Movement Activities for Children at the Lower Level of Primary School in a Housing Estate
Kratochvílová, Hana ; Hronzová, Marie (referee) ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor)
The aim of this work was to find out and deseribe the conditions for spontaneous movement in the city and wether their needs and wishes are respected and wether the playgrounds correspond with the norms and the proposal of the specialist. The theoretical part deals with the role of the playground in children's lives, with creating of conditions for movement and with the influence on their helth. I have used seven different methods in my work: a questionnaire, a project method, an individual and group discussion with children, interviews with experts and architects, an analysis and controll of the conditions for movement, a systematic non-committed observation. I stated eight hypotheses to reach the individual partial goals. I supposed that transport attainablity of the playgrounds and sport grounds is within the reach of walking and means of transport. And that children prefer swimming and playing in wather to the games in the playgrounds, that children in the playgrounds miss the natural elements, that from all the elementa of play they will use the slide, the swing and the sand-pit and that this equipment will be considered as the elements which mustn't be absent. The result of the research isthe statement that the elements of play are in accordance with safety regulations ČSN and the demands of children...
Possibilities for Influencing Children in Nursery Schools with the aid of Psycho-motor Activities
Špalková, Markéta ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor) ; Pokorný, Ladislav (referee)
Aggressive behaviour is possible to mwention in pre-school age. The principal aim was to find out whatt agressive actions are most common and frequent, how they aree dealt in group of children and possibilities to eliminate them by executing studied psychomotor activities. For monitoring has been used following tools: questionnaire for pedagogues, discussions with pedagogues, discussions with children, monitoring, experimenting. By realizing methods above has been reached the following results. The most common aggressive behaviour ferociousnesses are verbal offences, bitting, beating, kicking, poking, quarreling over sympathies in group of children or group position and friendship. One of the factors that influences such phenomenons is large number of children in classroom or impeding of movement and exercise needs of children. Child with frequent agressive behaviour was not so much favoured in group of children in contrast to one with mostly oral offence displays. Possibility to eliminate such agressive behaviour by executing studied psychomotor activities turned out as not capable of proof.

When a Solution is Available or Three Angles on Graph Paper
Dvořáková, Hana ; Jančařík, Antonín (referee) ; Slezáková, Jana (advisor)
My diploma thesis contains the solving description of three tasks: seeking after the shortest ways in a grid rectangle m x n, exploring the location of grid isosceles triangles within the frame of cross-section paper, and identifying the number of grid abscissas with at least one grid point and with the marginal points on the rectangle perimeter m x n. The task solving is accompanied by self-reflection method. Experiments with primary school pupils are analyzed in the next part of the diploma thesis. The experiments' tasks are similar to the ones I solved. Seeking after the shortest ways task was already solved and subsequently described in another diploma thesis. This method is analyzed and compared with my own in the next chapter. The diploma thesis also contains a chapter about cognitive process, which is the theoretical background for these analyses. The tasks in the last chapter are either related to the previous mentioned tasks or they develop meta-cognitive abilities necessary for task solving. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Evaluation of Psycho-Motor Aids
Stimulation in Movement Activities for Children of a Pre-School Age
Vávrová, Zdeňka ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor) ; Růžička, Ladislav (referee)
A physical activity has an unfingible role for preschool children. It is approved, that well timed stimulation of physical activity of children has an important influence on whole life of a person. These stimulations create a custom of proper motional activities in adulthood. I have concentrated on a determination of stimulations of preschool aged children motional activities. The watched group composes of 135 preschool aged children, which of them 49 children live and visit kindergarten in village, 39 children in small town and 47 in Prague. To collect all data,
The Conditions and Programmes at Nursery Schools as a Determining Factor for the Psycho-motor Development of a Child and his/her Abilities
Vitáková, Martina ; Dvořáková, Hana (advisor) ; Přibyl, Ivan (referee)
The thesis discusses movement and the motor-control activities of pre school children. This paper investigated whether the different kindergarden programs: "Start Together", "Healthy Kindergarden" and ordinary kindergarden, respect the demands of the The General Education Program for School Education and the children's needs from the movement point of view. The methods used: document analysis, observation, questioning and testing by accepted standards of psychomotorical tests ( MOT 4-6.) The results confirmed adequate care of the children's movement activities in all three daily regimes.
Transgenerational effect in \kur{Taraxacum brevicorniculatum}: test of a novel method of experimental plant DNA demethylation and its practical application in exploring the impact of maternal competition on progeny phenotype
DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Hana
Spray application of 5azacytidine on established plant seedlings was tested for its demethylating efficiency, as it represents a novel method for plant experimental demethylation with a potentially lower negative impact on plant development compared to the traditional application of the demethytaling agent through germination of seeds in its solution. Further, the 5azacytidine spray application was used in practice to erase the epigenetic memory in offspring of Taraxacum brevicorniculatum plants from different competitive conditions. The impact of parental competition on the juvenile phenotype was estimated by measuring growth related traits, while the experimental demethylation allowed for evaluating the significance of DNA methylation marks in bioticaly induced transgenerational effects in T. brevirorniculatum.
