Technologie pěstování a vliv hnojení N na výnos silážní kukuřice
DOLEŽAL, Jiří
This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of nitrogen on the formation of yield components in maize. The entire work is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part of the corn I characterize morphological and botanical point of view. Further described technology of growing maize. In practical part I describe the methodology and workflow. For this work were selected two maize hybrids. I fertilized this hybrids with conventional nitrogen fertilizers. In conclusion, I compare the results of yield componets both varieties and profitability of individual variants.
Influence of decreasing surface temperature of Si(100) on metal growth morphology at low coverage
Doležal, Jiří ; Ošťádal, Ivan (advisor) ; Matvija, Peter (referee)
The thesis is focused on study of growth of tin chains on Si(100) surface deposited by vacuum evaporation at temperatures below room temperature. Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) was used for surface imaging and growth characteristics were determined from the data. Comparison of the characteristics for different deposition temperatures and two different coverages shows a dominant role of the same growth mechanism in all cases. An influence of heating toward room temperature on chain length distribution of structures prepared at low temperatures is described and discussed. A role of Cdefects at the chain growth and a corresponding influence on shape of a scaling function of the chain length distribution is discussed as well. Properties of the STM system with liquid nitrogen cooling were successfully tested together with developed pumping of nitrogen into a container inside the STM vacuum chamber.
The Use and Grammatical Description of the Form "allgemeine reflexive Zustandsform"
Svobodová, Lucie ; Dovalil, Vít (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee)
This paper deals with a grammatical structure, so called "allgemeine reflexive Zustandsform". It consists of the second participle from a reflexive verb that can build neither passive nor "Zustandsreflexiv" and of an auxiliary verb. This form occurs also in attributive Position which does not correspond to the contemporary codification. The frequency and occurrence of this structure in various genres and themes was analysed by means of a corpus analysis of empirical examples from newspaper "Frankfurter Rundschau". Another important issue was to carry out the co-occur analysis and the determination, wether the examined articles lean towards the conceptually written pole or not. All these factors co-decided, if the "allgemeine reflexive Zustandsform" despite its frequent usage should be classified as non-standard. This form turned out to appear often in standard, exemplary and conceptually written articles. Therefore, we can assume that this structure shows a movement toward the standard variety of German.
Diversita, rozšíření a ochrana léčivých rostlin v Nepálu
Rokaya, Maan Bahadur ; Münzbergová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee) ; Kindlmann, Pavel (referee)
In this thesis I synthesized different aspects related to diversity, distribution, uses and conservation of medicinal plants in Nepal and also have attempted to recommend guidelines for sustainability of two highly used alpine plant species. The over-harvesting or human induced activities are not the only problem for biodiversity but recently invasion of alien species has also emerged as serious problem in Nepal. I thus also attempted to analyze the effect of invasive species on community composition in the last paper. The first two papers deal with diversity, distribution, uses and harvesting. Paper I showed that medicinal plants in Nepal have unimodal relationship with elevation and the maximum total species richness is at 1000 m. Paper II which deals with the uses of medicinal plants in the Humla region, west Nepal showed that there are 161 medicinal plant species belonging to 61 families and 106 genera used for treating 72 human and 7 veterinary ailments. Medicinal plants in Humla were mostly collected in wild. This induces a serious threat to diversity of the medicinal plants and it is therefore necessary to develop proper management guidelines for their harvesting in wild and/or their domestication. Rheum australe, an endemic plant to west Himalayan region, is widely used plant in traditional...
Herunterladen or downloaden? - A Contribution to the Analysis of the Morphosyntactic Integration of Some Selected Anglicisms into German
Brabcová, Romana ; Dovalil, Vít (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with the morphosyntactic properties of selected Anglicisms and methods for their integration into German. In the first part of this work the basic concepts are identified and defined. The second part examines the verbs, which were taken from the English language due to their formation, orthographic, phonetic, and especially morphosyntactic integration. Further described is the separability and inseparability of prefixes in current grammar books and dictionaries, as well as portability features of non-German prefixes. Attention is paid to the verb downloaden. On the basis of questionnaires, which were answered only by native speakers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria, as well as spontaneous situations and corpus analysis in digital German dictionaries, data was collected and analyzed. It describes the use and separability and inseparability of the prefix down. The criteria include the use of stylistic elements, binding the types of texts and genres in which the examined forms occur. The question remains whether the rules and separability and inseparability of foreign prefixes can be applied even on the verb downloaden? The findings suggest that the basis for the German word down is unclear and used as well as a separable but also as an inseparable verb.
Functional diversity in ecological communities
Džamba, Roman ; Hořák, David (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee)
Functional diversity is an important component of biodiversity. Value and range of functional traits and the number and composition of functional types are crucial for the short and long term functioning of ecosystems. Functional traits of species affect their performance in ecosystems and we can classify them as continuous or discontinuous. It has been suggested many ways to choose the appropriate traits and functional differences between species in estimating functional diversity. It is necessary to consider the nature and importance of ecosystem processes and environmental factors and consider properties of employed methodological approaches. There are many ways to estimate functional diversity. Functional diversity can be expressed by the number of functional groups, functional index or functional dendrograms. In natural communities, we see a positive relationship between species and functional diversity. Species diversity doesn't seem to be an adequate surrogate for functional diversity because the loss of an equal number of species may have different effects on the ecosystem, depending on the identity of the species. Functional redundancy refers to the functional similarity in the ecological niches occupation and is a source of stability in the ecosystem functioning.
Standard German in Czech secondary schools (an analysis of the process of shaping the standard variety in social practise)
Hajíčková, Zuzana ; Dovalil, Vít (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee)
The rigorous thesis analyses the shaping process of German language standard varieties in the social praxis, mainly at Czech Secondary Schools. It focuses the role of a teacher as the norm-authority in implementing the linguistic norm. The methodological base is the model of Social Power Field and the Language Management Theory. For the needs of this thesis was further used the Follow-up Interview. Based on of the tests that contain selected contradictory lingual phenomena on the morphological, syntax, lexical and orthography levels, which corrected anonymously sixty six addressed secondary school teachers of German language and through the Follow-up Interview I investigated which norm of standard German language teachers present to their pupils, how is the knowledge of the norm examined and verified in the lesson and how teachers command its use in the interactions with their pupils. Further I compared their norm with the other instances of Social Power Field, i.e. with linguistic codices, partly with the linguistic experts and the model texts. I was interested if they came into the conflicts and how they solved them eventually. Finally I was reflecting on the out-of-linguistic connections which influence the shape of the norm, as well the norm that is required from their charges by mentioned teachers....
On the function of norm authorities as a social force that co-determines the language standard (as applied to selected variables in German grammar)
Lisková, Alena ; Dovalil, Vít (advisor) ; Doležal, Jiří (referee)
This diploma thesis thematizes the behaviour of university teachers at Czech universities with the German language attended as a field of study. University teachers act in the social network as a social force called norm authority. As norm authorities, they are obliged to ensure the standard variety of the German language. Following the presentation of related theoretical concepts and models, such as norm, standard variety, social forces that co-determine the language standard and the language management theory, the outcomes of the empirical research are being analysed. The practical part of the thesis includes also the Follow-up interviews with the norm authorities. As applied to the selected variables from German grammar that originate from authentic tests, the behaviour of the norm authorities is being analysed. In this case it is accentuated, whether the norm authorities act in accordance with the other social forces that are able to determine the language standard, especially with codices and the model texts. The acting of the norm authorities is described with single stages of the language management process. In our case, the first phase - noting a deviation from the norm - is crucial. The analysis has shown that in some cases, the norm authorities do not notice the deviation from the norm. In other...
