The rigorous thesis analyses the shaping process of German language standard varieties in the social praxis, mainly at Czech Secondary Schools. It focuses the role of a teacher as the norm-authority in implementing the linguistic norm. The methodological base is the model of Social Power Field and the Language Management Theory. For the needs of this thesis was further used the Follow-up Interview. Based on of the tests that contain selected contradictory lingual phenomena on the morphological, syntax, lexical and orthography levels, which corrected anonymously sixty six addressed secondary school teachers of German language and through the Follow-up Interview I investigated which norm of standard German language teachers present to their pupils, how is the knowledge of the norm examined and verified in the lesson and how teachers command its use in the interactions with their pupils. Further I compared their norm with the other instances of Social Power Field, i.e. with linguistic codices, partly with the linguistic experts and the model texts. I was interested if they came into the conflicts and how they solved them eventually. Finally I was reflecting on the out-of-linguistic connections which influence the shape of the norm, as well the norm that is required from their charges by mentioned teachers.... Tato rigorózní práce analyzuje proces utváření spisovné variety německého jazyka v sociální praxi, a to na českých středních školách. Jejím těžištěm je role učitele jakožto normové autority při prosazování normy. Metodologickým východiskem je model sociálního silového pole a teorie jazykového managementu. Pro potřeby této práce bylo dále použito následné interview. Na základě testů obsahujících vybrané sporné jazykové jevy roviny morfologické, syntaktické, lexikální a pravopisné, které anonymně opravilo 66 oslovených středoškolských učitelů němčiny, a prostřednictvím následných interview jsem zkoumala, co učitelé svým žákům předkládají jako normu spisovné němčiny, jak znalost této normy ve výuce zkouší a ověřují a jak řídí její užívání v interakcích se žáky. Dále jsem srovnávala jejich normu s ostatními instancemi sociálního silového pole, tj. s jazykovými kodexy, částečně s jazykovými experty a modelovými texty. Zajímalo mě, zda se s nimi dostávají do rozporů a jak je (případně) řeší. Nakonec jsem se zamýšlela nad mimojazykovými souvislostmi, které ovlivňují podobu normy těchto učitelů i normy, kterou od svých svěřenců vyžadují. Středoškolští učitelé němčiny jsou zde představeni jako síla korigující i argumentující. Jejich normou je myšlena norma v sociolingvistickém pojetí. Ta je zasazena do sociálního...
