Students’ Motivation for Working during Study at University

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issues of job motivation of university students. In the first part, there are described the basic terminology connected with motivation as well as the key stimulation tools affecting the employees at work. Next the types of labour-law relations, their advantages and differences are stated. The practical part is based on the questionnaire survey carried out among the university students. The survey results are compared with ones of the expertized research. The thesis examines this problem even from the employers' point of view and describes how students are approached by the international company IBM. The thesis aim is focused on the determination of differences in job motivation among the university students of different specializations, the analysis of working opportunities and their use by current students.
Employee Care

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis Employee Care is to introduce the issue of providing employee benefits (regarding both employee and employer) and to analyse their offer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, a questionnaire was created. Its task was to determine which employee benefits are offered to employees, which of them are really used, which employee benefits employees would like to have, whether they have enough information about the benefits system in their company, or what kind of system they prefer. Moreover, the questionnaire contains additional information about the company (size, specialization, etc.) and about the employee (age, gender etc.), which was used for deeper analysis. The results of the analysis can be found in the practical part of the thesis and then they are summarized at the end of the Bachelor's Thesis.
Recruitment and selection of employees in Tesco Stores ČR a.s.

This Bachelor's thesis is concerned with recruitment and selection processes of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains and describes the theoretical basis, procedures and methods related to this area. Data are predominantly based on the academic literature. The practical part starts with a short introduction of Tesco Stores ČR a.s. followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection processes of the company's employees. In this section, information is gathered from provided materials, websites and annual reports of the company and particularly from in-depth interview with a human resource officer of company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and compare the analysed processes with the acquired theoretical data and in the case of some shortages suggest possible measures to improve implementation of the entire process.
Analysis of employee benefits

The main objective of this thesis is to present system of employee benefits in specific company and according to the provided research judge the employee satisfaction with this system. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis defines the term employee benefits, their meaning, objectives, structure and the ways of providing. This part also deals with current trends in benefits and outsourcing. The practical part describes company Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile, s.r.o. and its system of employee benefits. Part of the practical part is also own research of employee satisfaction with benefits which company current offers to them. In the conclusion of this thesis are evaluate results of this research and complemented by potential suggestions for changes.
Support of sport in companies

The aim of the thesis is to summarize the actual situation and possible solution of support of sport and healthy life style in companies. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is about corporate social responsibility and its trends, general benefits of active life style and importance of employer's support. Theoretical ways of support are mentioned, including companies and associations dealing with this topic. The practical part is about five big well known companies and the concrete way of their support of sport and corporate social responsibility There is a research about this topic among employees and in the final part of thesis is evaluation of the issue with personal opinion and suggestions for improvement.
Analysis of employee benefits

The target of this bachelor thesis is to analyze employee benefits from the perspective of employees and to employers suggest possible ideas to improve their provision. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the overal remuneration of employees, payroll system and employee benefits. Benefits are included in the remuneration system, broken and some of them are defined. The practical part presents a survey among employees in the Czech Republic. Here are classified research methods, identification of respondents and subsequent analysis of the research results, including recommendations for employers.
Analysis of personnel controlling in PRECIOSA, a. s.

Bachelor thesis is focused on a personnel controlling and is realized in cooperation with PRECIOSA, a. s. The goal of this thesis was to identify strengths and weaknesses of the current personnel controlling system in the company and suggest recommendations. That leads to optimization of the system. Thesis includes theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on a basic characteristic of controlling and personnel controlling. In the practical part is described PRECIOSA, a. s. with a focus on a personnel department and personnel controlling system. Strengths and weaknesses were identified in the current system and recommendations were suggested. That leads to optimization of the system. The identification and suggestions were in progress on the basis of theoretical part and were supported by external research.
The motivation system in certain company

Bachelor thesis is focused on the employee motivation. The aim is to analyze employee motivation system of the educational institution and to find the recommendations for its improvement. In the theoretical part is written about the motivation problems, theory of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits. The practical part analyzes the current state of satisfaction and motivation of the teachers of the State Technical University in Magnitogorsk. The questionnaire was used for the analysis. The respondents were answering questions concerning the job descriptions, wage conditions and remuneration, their satisfaction with various aspects of their work. The proposals for measures were formulated from the survey results. The application of these proposals could lead to the increase of employees' satisfaction and their productivity.
Talent management in the company

The Master's Thesis deals with the issue of talent management. Its main goal is to create a talent management in the company Panalpina Business Services (Prague), Ltd., which currently doesn't have similar program, but in the near future this issue will have to be solved. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive introduction to the basic terms of talent management and individual steps to implement talent management program. It is based on specialized literature and theoretical knowledge. It also analyzes the problems that may arise during implementation. The practical part starts with an analysis of HR activities in relation to talent management and suggests various measures. The following chapter contains a proposal of talent management for the company. One section of the proposal contains evaluation of the most important competencies for individual programs.
Evaluation of technical, economical, and personal aspects of e-learning in the SAP LS system in ČSOB, a. s.

This book focuses on an evaluation of technical, economical, and personal aspects of e-learning deployment in a theoretical plane and in the specific environment of the bank ČSOB, a. s. The thesis begins by an introduction of the term e-learning and a brief description of main properties and characteristics of this new trend in a field of not only corporate education. Special attention is devoted to an assessment of business benefits and cots of education; every aspect is analyzed and compared both for the classical brick and mortar classroom instructor led education and for the e-learning. The thesis introduces two mathematical models for assessing an effectiveness of e-learning deployment. Theoretical concepts are applied to data from a real course which was run in one of the main Czech banks ČSOB, a. s. Last part briefly examines the concepts and benefits of SCORM standard package and its support in the SAP LS 600 system.
