Předmětem práce je zhodnocení současné situace a možných východisek podpory sportu a zdravého životního stylu zaměstnanců ve firmách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována společenské odpovědnosti firem a jejím trendům, obecným přínosům aktivního životního stylu a důležitosti podpory ze strany zaměstnavatele. Jsou uvedeny teoretické možnosti podpory firemního sportu včetně společností a asociací, které se této problematice věnují. V praktické části jsou popsány jednak konkrétní formy společenské odpovědnosti a podpory zdravého životního stylu zaměstnanců v pěti významných společnostech a dále proveden výzkum mezi zaměstnanci na dané téma. V závěru práce je zhodnocení celkové situace s osobním názorem a návrhem na možná zlepšení. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the actual situation and possible solution of support of sport and healthy life style in companies. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is about corporate social responsibility and its trends, general benefits of active life style and importance of employer's support. Theoretical ways of support are mentioned, including companies and associations dealing with this topic. The practical part is about five big well known companies and the concrete way of their support of sport and corporate social responsibility There is a research about this topic among employees and in the final part of thesis is evaluation of the issue with personal opinion and suggestions for improvement.
