Procedural Periods in Roman Law Submitted thesis is focused on chosen questions of procedural periods in Roman law. It is too focused on chosen institutes of roman procedural law. Firstly the thesis dissertates about general information and about and progress of roman procedura law. The relation of roman procedural law to singular procedurals periods was emphasized in the introduction. The crucial part of this opening leans in analysis of singular judicial magistrates. Further the contexture for individual procedural parties was mentioned. The main part of thesis describes separates procedura periods in detail. It makes through particular roman-law institutinos which are alone influenced by procedural periods. The single chapter disserts on prescription of rights, preclusion and temporal character of some actions. These law institutions are very important. It is also crucial in contemporary law. Application of LEAN management in healthcare centre

The Master's Thesis reviews the application of Lean management methods in the healthcare sector. The theoretical section describes the background of Lean process management - its history, principles, methods and tools. The methods currently used to manage processes in the healthcare sector are then described. The practical section of the thesis tests whether these processes could be improved by implementing a Lean methodology. A project was undertaken in a healthcare centre where the principles, tools and methods described in the theoretical section were applied. The project consisted of five phases, according to DMAIC cycle. The conclusion of the Master Thesis summarises the findings and results which evidence the improvement of the processes in this specific healthcare centre after the implementation of a Lean methodology.
Derivatives and their use in hedging foreign exchange risk

This thesis deals with derivatives and their use in hedging foreign exchange risk. The aim is to examine methods of hedging FX risk with derivatives and specifically evaluate the ways and extent of their use on the Czech market. In the first chapter the term risk and particularly FX risk is explained and its identification, measurement, management and elimination methods are described. The second chapter focuses on the main types of derivatives, their characteristics and use in risk management. The third chapter describes and evaluates the actual use of derivatives on the Czech market based on their analysis in the Czech banking sector.

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to analysis of the financial health of the agricultural company Farma Prčice spol. s.r.o.. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to appraise the overall financial situation of the company using methods of financial analysis which are described in detail in the theoretical section of the thesis. The second section of the thesis is a detailed financial analysis of the company in 2007 -- 2008. Firstly, vertical and horizontal analysis of the structure of its balance sheet and income statement will be performed. Then a number of financial ratios and differential indicators will be analysed. Using aggregate bankruptcy and creditworthiness models, the financial health of the company will be evaluated. Finally the company will be compared to its competitors, its strengths and weaknesses will be described, and possible solutions to the weaknesses will be suggested.

In this work specifically to deal with companies MEZADO Jan Pesek and its new services offered by the individual is assisted transportation of handicapped persons.The aim of this work is to analyze the design and service for its effectiveness.I decided to conduct a survey.The questionnaire was created database. The customers suggest extending the car fleet. The key to solving this problem is to extend the portfolio of customers.Instrument to acquisition new customers is a gain promotion.I suggest introduction of new form of propagation with leaflets and already created presentation. The leaflets and presentations will be distributed free of charge in the districts that need the increase in promotion.
Letter of credit in international business

This thesis deals with the letter of credit and its position during recent economic crisis. In the first chapter the term "letter of credit" is explained and the main aspects of the letter of credit, its availability, the letter of credit process and the relationships among parties of this process are described. In the second chapter, the core of this work, the influence of the recent financial and economic crisis on the use of letters of credit is analyzed, as well as the attitude of banks towards letters of credit in the time of crisis.

Internation firm must react to various and dynamic competition. There are three parts. The employees and the satisfaction with corporate culture. The influence of American parent company to Czech subsidiary firm. The efficiency of virtual team. The exporation was made in Czech subsidiary firm that deal with information technology. There were not detect some important problems. Nevertheless, finally there were a proposal of some parts, which threaten with potential troubels.
