Regular thematic activities in the school club - longlasting project aimed at English - speaking countries

"Regular thematic activities in the school club - longlasting project aimed at Englishspeaking countries" is the theme of this thesis. Based on the knowledge of the psychology of school-age children, the specifics of this target group will be realised. Together, we will map out four countries of the world where English is spoken and get to know their attractions and matters of interest. We will learn their songs, poetry and dance; together we will produce something typical of these countries and also taste some of their cuisine. Thus children will learn about the selected countries using almost all of the senses. We will present the content of the project, which was implemented at the school club.
Drug problems of pupils at the primary schools

This thesis focuses on investigating knowledge levels in primary school's pupils from a perspective of illicit drugs issues. At the same time, this project is attempting to map the primary school's environment and its surroundings. Questionnaires were used to obtain relevant data. This project also offers key forms of prevention with emphasis on primary prevention while working with pupils and parents. Additionally, this project lists programs types that are suitable for individual pupils groups and also teacher's roles during investigation of illicit drug issues in pupils.
Family and school cooperation of the Waldorf education

The bachelor essay is focused on family and school cooperation. The topic of the work is the characterisation of the Waldorf education and some of its specifics. The theoretical part is about the founder of Waldorf pedagogy Rudolf Steiner, it describes a history of the formation of this type of education and it defines its main features. The practical part is based on a description of forms of the cooperation and it analyzes a level of the cooperation between parents and regular grade schools in comparison to Waldorf schools.

The diploma thesis deals with the questions of leading children to quality leisure time utilization. In the theoretical part, it defines the experts' opinions concerning this topic. It analyses individual subjects having any relationship with children during their childhood and influencing their leisure time. It focuses mainly on the primary school teacher's influence. The empiric part probes the extent the schools and especially the primary school teacher's use for leading children to quality leisure time utilization. Further it covers with the field of children's participation in the activities concerning their leisure time.

Photography and the world of a man with mental handicap In the thesis submitted herein, I focus on photography as a hobby of people with mental handicap, as well as, as means of their self-expression and communication with society. I deal with the basics of leisure time, life-long education and photography. Further, I present an example of a currently running life-long educational project for people with mental handicap and, as well, my own project supported by EU youth program funds. As an enclosure, there is a selection of pictures of students of a life-long educational program With Camera To a Knowledge.
Leisure of Youth from the Viewpoint of the Family

My bachelor thesis examines leisure of children from the viewpoint of their family. This work concerns, from the viewpoint of development psychology, children in the age when they end the obligatory school attendance (children in the 9th class of basic school and children of corresponding age in the multi-annual grammar school). First part of the theoretical part of my work deals with family and its role in influencing the contents of leisure of its members. Second part deals with leisure, gives its definition and looks at it from different social standpoints. The empirical part treats exploration via questionnaires made among parents. My bachelor thesis tries to answer the question, which role the family plays today in leisure of youth in our society.
