Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens
Zumrová, Jiřina ; Trojanová, Irena (advisor) ; Šafránková, Jana Marie (referee)
The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. KEYWORDS Personnel work, personnel management, human resources director, adaptation, social adaptation, working adaptation, adaptation plan, adaptation formal, informal adaptation
Effect of massification of university education on the labor market and job opportunities for graduates
Ludvíková, Karolína ; Trojan, Václav (advisor) ; Šafránková, Jana Marie (referee)
This dissertation examines the influence of massification of tertiary education in labor market. There are explored effects of access to higher education of graduates and their chances of finding an adequate employment. It is partially inspired by the piece of work from Jan Keller and Lubor Tvrdý - Vzdělanostní společnost? Chrám, výtah a pojišťovna. The thesis also describes a situation on the labour market with regard to the employment of graduates and their applicability in practice. Statistical research is used and complemented by a survey among employers. The main objective of the thesis, ie. Employment of graduates in the labor market, was achieved thanks to these results. This piece of work could be used as a presentation of the results of the quality investigation and the need of higher education.
Selection process of the school director position from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters
Jaroš, David ; Lisnerová, Romana (advisor) ; Šafránková, Jana Marie (referee)
This master's thesis deals with the selection process of the school director position. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part is concerned with the school director position and its competence, on the other hand with the legislation relevant to the selection process of the school director. In the end of the theoretical part author analyses the selection process in Slovakia. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of Czech teachers and headmasters of the selection process and of the Education Act novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how these interested sides perceive the selection process, whether the opinions are the same or different. The conclusions of the literature analysis and the research can be used for the improvement of the school director selection process in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 teachers and 13 headmasters. KEYWORDS personnel selection, school director, competence of school director, selection process, headmaster, the Education Act
Role of Magnetosheath Parameters on Magnetopause Processes
Tkachenko, Oksana ; Šafránková, Jana (advisor) ; Kulhánek, Petr (referee) ; Šimůnek, Jiří (referee)
Title: Role of magnetosheath parameters on magnetopause processes Author: Oksana Tkachenko Department: Department of Surface and Plasma Science Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Jana Šafránková, DrSc. e-mail address: Jana.Safrankova@mff.cuni.cz Abstract: The thesis addresses of two regions significant for the solar wind- magnetosphere coupling: the cusp in high geomagnetic latitudes and the low-latitude (LLBL) subsolar magnetopause. A penetration of plasma of a solar origin into the magnetosphere could be realized directly through magnetospheric cusps. The region adjacent to the magnetopause in the cusp vicinity is highly turbulent, occupied by the heated magnetosheath- -like plasma with a low drift velocity for which occurrence of vortices is a very common feature. In the first part of the thesis, we present a de- tailed analysis of a vortex-like structure created by a turbulent plasma flow around the magnetopause indentation above the cusp and using the data from Interball-1 and Magion-4; we find necessary conditions and a possible mechanisms to creation of such structures. The second part concerns the low-latitude boundary layer formation, its spatial structure and temporal changes based on THEMIS multipoint observations. In spite of its cru- cial role in transfer of mass, momentum, and energy from the...
Turbulence in the solar wind from inertial to kinetic scales
Pitňa, Alexander ; Šafránková, Jana (advisor) ; Hellinger, Petr (referee) ; Kulhánek, Petr (referee)
Solar wind, a stream of supersonic plasma emanating from the solar corona, serves as an ideal laboratory for a study of high Reynolds number plasma flows. Turbulent processes that govern the dynamics of the so-called inertial range, i.e., the spatial scales smaller than energy injection scales but larger than the scales where the dissipation processes set in, have been studied for decades. At present, it is believed that the large-scale free energy in a form of kinetic and magnetic fluctuations is transferred via turbulent cascade into smaller scales, where kinetic effects become dominant and heating takes place. In order to understand dissipation processes, high-cadence measurements of solar wind parameters are necessary. The bright monitor of the solar wind (BMSW) instrument on board the Spektr-R spacecraft provides such data, and in tandem with high-cadence measurements of the magnetic field from the Wind spacecraft, we are able address the nature of the sub-ion scale fluctuations. The thesis focus on three interconnected topics, (a) what changes are induced by the passage of a collisionless IP shock in the framework of turbulence, (b) study of a decay of the turbulent energy downstream an IP shock, and (c) identifying the dominant mode of the sub-ion scale fluctuations.
Competences of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector
Vlasáková, Adéla ; Tureckiová, Michaela (advisor) ; Šafránková, Jana Marie (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the competence model of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector. It looks into the specifics of adult education with emphasis on the presentation of barriers when educating adults. Furthermore, this work discusses adult education specifics while focusing on the differences from the education of children and youth. This diploma work focuses on a trainer's personality requirements, his competences, and it presents expectations related to the trainer. A soft skills trainer's competence model is drawn up on the basis of theory presented and research carried out. The research focuses on three groups of participants to educational process - representatives of an educational organization as a trainer's employer, ordering party of an educational event as a trainer's customer and trainers themselves.
