Mechanical design support of tractor’s cabin
Prokop, Aleš ; Laurinec, Marián (referee) ; Ambróz, Richard (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the mechanical design support of tractor’s cabin. This work includes detailed versions of support and absorption of tractor’s cabine that are sold in the Czech Republic. The distribution is made in accordance with elements that appear in given concepts. This work contains solution of self construction concept of the placing with the help of mechanic dumper.
Manipulator with sheet metal samples for mechanical tests
Glogar, Matěj ; Plachký, Pavel (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
This thesis deals with a solution of lifting equipment for sheet metal samples handling. Facility will be part of an automatic production line for semi-finished test specimens for testing the mechanical properties of sheet metals. The options of solutions discussed in this thesis is performed that choice which should be the concept of lifting equipment. Course work cycle of the selected concept is designed, so that material flow provided by the facility meets requirements of the production line. Calculations for the design parts of the main cylinder and the running gear are carried out using a set of parameters and then strength check of steel construction follows. The 3D model of the manipulator, the manipulator assembly drawings and layout drawings of the production line are annexes of this work.
Motor vehicle accident analysis
Vičík, Petr ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
This thesis deals with a comprehensive view of traffic accident enquiry. There are analysed each step of this investigation, starting with evidence gathering (measurements, photography, ect). Further, there are view of clue, damage and personal injury. Thesis shows commonest analysis and reconstructions methods and calculations and specials types of accident (collision with passenger, trucks crash, motorcycles crash). For better understanding, there are mentioned basic principals of physics and problems of forensic engineering.
Basic working and construction principles of electronic vehicle motion control systems.
Černý, Pavel ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
This paper provides an overview of basic electronic assistance systems, focusing on active safety. The centre of interest of this work is an antilock braking system (ABS), an antislip system (ASR) and vehicle stability system (ESP). It describes principles of working and the main parts of the structure. The work also deals with the modern trends in selected active safety systems such as electro-hydraulic system (SBC), a system of automatic emergency braking (AEB) and electronic wedge brake (EWB).
Mathematical Model of motor vehicle driving gear
Marek, Petr ; Laurinec, Marián (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
The subject of my master’s thesis is creating a mathematical model of motor vehicle driving gear using the software programs MATLAB / Simulink. The results are presented via graphs of the data gained from the simulation of a car driving on a determined track. The parameters used in the model come from a specific file and they can be changed anytime in order to correspond with the particular vehicle.
The Use of Recursive Least Squares Method for Vehicle Dynamics Analysis

Measurement of Inertia properties of bodies for the purpose of mathematical modeling of vehicle dynamics
Dvořák, Karel ; Laurinec, Marián (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a concept of methods that can be used for measurement of important mechanical inertia properties of bodies -- the coordinates of center of gravity and the the moment of inertia tensor, in case we don't have 3D model of these bodies. The thesis divides this problem into several sub-problems and suggests the solutions for each of them. Required equipment was created and measurement was carried out. At the end the measured values are compared with the teoretical ones and accuracy of this method is determined.
History of BMW engines
Říha, Jaroslav ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the foundantion of the company BMW in Munich, the development of air, motorcycle and car engines, from their beginning to the present time. It also describes performance parameters and constructions of each type of the engine, crucial and most successful models and also a comparison with competing cars.
Vehicle hybrid drive
Novák, Miroslav ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Laurinec, Marián (advisor)
This bachelor thesis creates overview a modern hybrid drives car. In the thesis, there are the advantages and disadvantages all hybrid drives, availability and economy of operation. There is comparison of hybrid drives with internal combustion engines in conclusion.
