Tato práce vysvětluje pojmy komunikace na dálku a jejich využití v praxi. Praktická část se poté zaobírá jakými metodamy lze zboží reklamovat, jaké jsou nejčastější postupy prodejců a neopomíná práva spotřebitelů. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištění autorky a jako přílohy jsou přidány jednak výzkumy Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů a jednak výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného autorkou. This work handles with the sales and sales returns dilemma. The practical part contains of research of the assosiation SOS and research made by the author. There are summarized the results of the thesis in the conclusion. Appended are field researches made by the SOS association and the author.
