Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zákazníka s poskytovanými službami Wellness hotelu Ohrada. Práce dále obsahuje sestavení dotazníku a jeho následnou implementaci v hotelu. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vysvětluje základní pojmy a techniky jednotlivých marketingových analýz. Ve výsledku práce, na základě zodpovězených a zpracovaných dotazníků, je řešena problematika nespokojenosti zákazníků a doporučena řešení vedoucí ke zvýšení celkové úrovně společnosti. The object of the bachelor´s work is the issues of marketing research focused on customers satisfaction of Wellnes Ohrada. The bachelor´s thesis deals with a questionnaire and with its implementation in the hotel. The theoretical part of the bachelor´s work contains basic terms and marketing´s analysis techniques. The practical part of the work presents issues of customers´ dissatisfaction based on analysis of questionnaires. At the end of the work, important information is evaluated and set of proposals for customer satisfaction improvement is suggested.
