Care for employees, corporate strategy

This Thesis, called Care for Employees, Corporate Strategy addresses the issue of care for employees in practice. This Dissertation analyses its level in the particular, observed company and it is composed of two main parts. The first part explains the theoretical bases which are needed to understand the context of the issue, based on the studied literature. It acquaints the readers with the Labour Code and defines basic concepts such as working mode, working environment, personal development, human resources department, company s strategy, and many others. The second part describes the selected company, including its system of care for employees. The level is determined through a questionnaire focusing on the employee development, communication, working conditions, and working environment, catering, corporate culture, job evaluation, and employee benefits. The results are clearly processed and evaluated in tabular or graphical form. On the basis of the results, problem areas are determined and proposals leading to improvement of the care for the employees and the overall satisfaction are then processed.

Inproving the quality of personal life of persons with mental disabilities

The bachelor thesis is focused on improving the quality of life of people with mental disabilities at schools and community organizations. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains an explanation of mental retardation, socialization of people with mental disabilities, the area of education, social security for people with mental disabilities. The practical part is about activities of basic practical and special schools in the educational process and activities of charitable organizations. This Bachelor's thesis on the Identification of Training needs for Nurses deals with the reasons and motives for further education of nurses. It discusses the history of nursing education both internationally and in the Czech Republic, international criteria for nursing qualifications, and nurses' views of the current educational system. The thesis analyzes educational needs and motivations for training, and touches on factors affecting learning. The conclusion is devoted to forms of lifelong learning. The empirical section examines reasons and motivations for continuing nursing education at present and also assesses nurses' opinions on this issue.
