Create and verify the set floorball exercises for primary school children
HUBENÁ, Irena
The aim of this diploma thesis was to create a set of floorball exercises for the primary school, which will then be tested in practice. It was an experiment with two groups of pupils. The first test had taken place three months before practicing floorball exercises and after that the second test was carried out. Research carried out has shown that the three-month training floorball activities contributed positively to the results of both groups. In the slalom test, the Chickens group has improved more from 16,9 to 14,8 and the Cocks group from 9 seconds to 8,3 seconds. In the relay test the Chickens group has scored more significant improvement again from 36,6 seconds to 29,8 seconds and the Cocks group from 30,2 seconds to 28,9 seconds. In the test of shooting accuracy has improved both groups, the Chickens group from 4,9 goals to 6,8 goals and the Cocks group from 5,5 goals to 7,5 goals. The contribution of this work is a set of exercises that teachers and coaches can use in practice.
Creating and verifying specialized strength exercises program for knee ligaments revitalize in women floorball players
POLÍVKOVÁ, Jitka
The aim of this paper was to create and verify specialized strength exercises program for knee ligaments revitalize in women floorball players. Three woman players who had knee ligaments problems were tested in casuistic study. Segmental analysis, measuring of lower limb power were performed and lower limb circumference measurements were done. Subsequently the four-month exercise program was started and at the end of this program all tests were repeated and tests results were compared. As far as proband no. 1 is concerned the body fat percentage and muscle mass of measured body segments were decreased, power of her injured lower limb was not rised and differences between her lower limbs circumferences were not decreased. As for proband no. 2 the body fat percentage was also decreased, muscle mass and power of the injured limb were increased, but differences between limbs circumferences were not decreased. For proband no. 3 we performed only output segmental analysis and Wingate test, so we could compare only lower limbs circumferences which were not decreased. The results of this study were affected by low attendance of proband no. 1 and strength exercises program could be verified in the future with larger group of players with knee ligaments problems.

Floorball stick motion sensor
Hunkařová, Nikol ; Čmiel, Vratislav (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with accelerometer and gyroscopic data during floorbal shot using the Arduino platform and the Matlab programming language. The theory of floorball, features and proper hole selection are included in this study. There are also described components for measuring and wireless transmission of accelerometer and gyroscopic data using the Arduino platform. The components are inserted into the shaft of the floorball stick. Data from the Arduino are transfered to the Matlab programming language using the Bluetooth module HC-05. The Matlab is used for processing and displaing gyroscopic and accelometric data. Graphical user interface is created for data measuring processing and displaying. Three types of shots are compared as well as beginner and advanced player shots measured by motion sensor.

Bibliographic identification Author's first name and surname: Bc. et Bc. Kateřina Levínská Title of the master thesis: Effect of various types of sensory and cognitive dual-tasking in high performance athlete's stance stability Department: Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2nd faculty of medicine, Charles University and FN Motol Supervisor: PhDr. Ondřej Čakrt, Ph.D. The year of presentation: 2017 Abstract: This study focused on the influence of various types of cognitive and sensory dual- tasking to the stability of stance of the elite floorball players, elite floorbal players with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and healthy controls. A total of forty probands were divided into 3 groups according to the sports activity and the history of ACL injuries. Volunteers underwent examination of bipedal and monopedal standing on a stabilometric platform using a foam pad. We chose three types of secondary task, which we tested first at probands in a sitting position. Subsequently, we combined them with a bipedal and monopedal stance on a foam mat. In secondary tests, latency of response and error rate were measured. Our results show that the combination of a postural challenging situation with a secondary task significantly more affects performance in the sensory-cognitive task than the...
