Manager and Motivation in a Selected Organization

This bachelor thesis focuses on work motivation and stimulation of employees in an organization in connection with the personality of the manager. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the motivational system in the organization in connection with the role of the manager and to give suggestions and recommendations for improvement of possible drawbacks. In the theoretical part, terms concerning motivation and stimulation, theories of motivation, the motivational system and means of stimulation are explained. In the practical part, there is some information about the company GEFOS inženýring plc, in which the research was conducted. The research methods used were questionnaires, observation and undirected interviews with a director of the organization. The received questionnaires and undirected interviews served as the basis for summarising suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the motivational system in the company.
Human Resource Management in the Particular Organization

This thesis was focused on theme Human Resource Management. The aim was to idetify and assess the actual state of the selected organization, in the sphere individual personnel activities. On the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, it was to show the faults in the human resource management. It was suggested to eliminate of the established faults.
Motivation and Stimulation in Chosen Organisation

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze human factor of the chosen organisation, sum up the results, evaluate results and at the end suggest possible improvements to increase output of employees and their satisfaction within organisation. When the personnel is satisfied, the organization prospers. The research was conducted by spreading questionnaires, interviewing the manager and observating the workplace. Theoretical part summarizes the most important knowledge connected with motivation and stimulation. Practical part contains basic information about chosen organisation, steps I have used to experience local motivation system, analysis of present motivation system such as workplace quality, human relationships or recieved benefits. The last part includes recommended improvements and conclusion.
Motivation and stimulation of employees in chosen company

This thesis focuses on the exploration and analysis of the current state of motivation and stimulation of employees in an organization. Based on the determined level of their motivation and stimulation, particular corrective measures were proposed to increase the employees´ motivation, loyalty to their employer as well as their overall satisfaction with working life. The first stage comprised a review of professional literature, both domestic and foreign, and studies dealing with motivation and stimulation. Using appropriate research methods, the current state of motivation and stimulation of employees in the given organization was analysed. Based on the information gathered from questionnaires and unstructured interviews, the corrective measures were proposed. They could help effectively increase motivation of the employees and strengthen their relationship with the organization.
Proposal for Business Management Strategy in the Company

The thesis consists of a description of HORPO´s business, an analysis of the current state of the retail unit, evaluation of the theoretical bases related to retail activities, and in the last part proposals of concrete solutions including the conditions of implementation and benefits of these proposals.

Equal treatment and prohibited discrimination against employees

Resumé Equal treatment and non-discrimination are rules that are essential in international law, European law and national law. They are regulated in many international documents, in terms of European law, especially, in the regulations and directives. Czech Republic, as one of the member States of the European Union is obliged to ensure compliance of national law with European law. It was therefore necessary in order to ensure compliance with requirements of the EC / EU in the field of equal treatment and non-discrimination of employees that are regulated in anti-discrimination directives with our national law. This happened by adoption of Act No. 198/2009 Coll., Anti-Discrimination Act, which as a general law governing these principles. In my works I deal with treatment of these principles in the documents of international law and international organizations active in this area in the primary and secondary law of the EC/EU and also the current modification in our legal system. My work is divided into an introduction, six sections and a conclusion. The first part of my work deals with the basic concepts relevant to this area, such as equality, equal treatment, discrimination and its types, as direct or indirect, and others. Personal diagnostics-measurement methods of current and perspective staffs

The dissertation is focused on personnel diagnostics. It understands it as an instrument, which helps the company to choose the best employees, to compare an actual profile of personality of a candidate or an employee with an ideal profile of position, which is needed to fill, and to assess the potential of employees. It concentrates on methods of personnel diagnostics. It uses the classification of psychodiagnostic methods after Mojmír Svoboda. It describes two of three groups of diagnostic methods, which can be used in human resources management. They are clinical methods and testing. There are characteristics of all subsets of this classification. There are described other methods, which are used in HR management most frequently. The intention of the dissertation is to find and describe the diagnostic methods, which can be used in practice by personnel clerks without university degree in psychology or without practice. For these purposes there are described methods like interview, Thematic Apperception Cards after Evangelu, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and technique of Pack of Personnel Cards after Evangelu. Corporate social responsibility and its influence on society

Bachelor thesis "Corporate social responsibility and its influence on society" deals with a form of responsibility in corporate behavior and its effect on surrounding world. A lot of new threats have come up these days because of still rising economic growth. That's why the traditional form of responsibility has to be changed. Corporations have started to implement concept of corporate social responsibility to their business strategies focused on wide spectrum of stakeholders. Thesis is based on qualitative research and presents corporate social responsibility itself and its role and position in society from different views of four groups of stakeholders. I chose these groups: corporations with strategic social responsibility, employees from corporations with and without the concept, nonprofit organizations and customers. Thesis deals with experience of the groups with corporate social responsibility, its influence on them and whether the concept is seen more like marketing strategy and PR or nonprofit helping and being responsible. Survey finally discovered educative influence of corporate social responsibility on society and that the groups are developed by the concept.
