Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání a analýzu současného stavu motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Na základě zjištění stupně motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců byla navržena nápravná opatření, která by mohla zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců, jejich loajalitu k zaměstnavateli a celkovou spokojenost s pracovním životem. Prvním krokem bylo prostudování odborné tuzemské i zahraniční literatury a studií zabývajících se problematikou motivace a stimulace. Prostřednictvím vhodných výzkumných metod byl analyzován současný stav motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců v organizaci. Na základě informací zjištěných z dotazníkového šetření a nestrukturovaných rozhovorů byla navržena nápravná opatření, která by mohla pomoci efektivně zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců a upevnit jejich vztah k organizaci. This thesis focuses on the exploration and analysis of the current state of motivation and stimulation of employees in an organization. Based on the determined level of their motivation and stimulation, particular corrective measures were proposed to increase the employees´ motivation, loyalty to their employer as well as their overall satisfaction with working life. The first stage comprised a review of professional literature, both domestic and foreign, and studies dealing with motivation and stimulation. Using appropriate research methods, the current state of motivation and stimulation of employees in the given organization was analysed. Based on the information gathered from questionnaires and unstructured interviews, the corrective measures were proposed. They could help effectively increase motivation of the employees and strengthen their relationship with the organization.
