Possibilities of development of private farms in the microregion Nechanicko

Diploma thesis possibilities of development of private farms in the micro Nechanická is focused on designing a business plan for small farmers, which since 2002 operates in the cultivation of small fruits. The farm is located in Labe, near Hradec Kralove and was "greenfield". Since its creation, developed and expanded, it currently manages a set on 20 hectares of land. Traditional methods are grown and harvested cherries, red currant and black currant. The theoretical part deals with the processing of evidence from the available literature concerning the history of horticulture and fruit growing contemporary, state support for farmers and private enterprise. Furthermore, I describe the region in which the farm operates, including the assessment of competition. The practical part is focused on assessing the current state farms and to assess the proposed changes. This is a business plan, which aims to propose such changes in the structure of grown fruits, which should contribute to the diversification of farms and mitigating business risks. The result should be a financial benefit for the farm, respectively. propose such procedures, which would allow to employ another member of the family and the farm was sustainable for the next generation. The business plan is aimed at changing tracks grown fruits, to changes in its practices of cultivation and harvesting, taking full advantage of current opportunities farm so that the economic benefit was achieved as soon as possible, with due lowest cost. The project economically assessing the project from two perspectives - without the use of subsidies and their utilization. The proposed amendments seek to achieve the highest quality production, which is then preferably be sold. In the end, the project is evaluated and assessed the return on investment provided grants and without their support. It is also evaluated the possibility of further employment of a family member and the emergence of family farms.
Inventory management in selected company

Presented diploma thesis deals with issue of inventory management and with analyses of inventory management in selected company NOVEM Car Interior Desing k.s. In opening theoretical part, there are defined basic terms dealing with inventory, its management, structure, cost related to purchacing of inventory, reason of inventory management and its inspection. Further there are described information systems used for inventory management. Practical part includes presentation of company NOVEM Car Interior Design k.s. seated in Město Touškov and also detailed analyses of inventory management in named company; this part also incorporates inventory valuation. There is also described use of SAP information system on selected real cases. In the end of practical part there is evaluated effectiveness of inventory managenent of investigated company and as well there are proposed improving actions.
Multimedia communication

Multimedia is a form of communication and sharing knowledge using synergic effect of parallel connected communication channels. Its main use is in producing communications products and services and in design of user interfaces. Main objective of this dissertation is to develop and create a model of multimedia communication for better understanding of the meaning and the purpose of using multimedia forms in communication process. The model will describe a system of elements and parameters of multimedia communication within the internal and external context. Another objective of this dissertation is to develop multimedia communication methodology that will be used for the design, development and evaluations of concepts of multimedia communication. The methodology will be created by applying the model of multimedia communication into the procedure structure. In theoretical way this dissertation is based on analysis of different definitions and approaches to the multimedia communications topic. This is followed by an analysis of communication theories, concepts of media, multimedia, delivery channels, and communication functions. The theoretical part is followed by the outcomes of the research in practice of four different fields of multimedia use. The knowledge gained is analyzed in the following parts in purpose of creating the model of multimedia communication and the methodology which is derived from the model. The methodology is further validated through case studies and the recommendations for further development are formulated. The model and the methodology of multimedia communication created in this dissertation present complex view on multimedia communication topic that is considered as a useful tool for meeting a specific communication purpose. Dissertation provides mechanics for use and study of multimedia communication and also defines the opportunities for further development of the methodology.
The role of employment offices in the process of applying the policy of active employment

This diploma thesis examines the role of the regional branches of the Employment Office of the Czech Republic in the framework of applying the active employment policy. It thematically focuses on the tools of active employment policy used by the Employment Office in the Region of Ústí nad Labem. Particular attention is paid to retraining, community services and programmes of socially beneficial jobs. At these chosen tools it has been ascertained if the regional branches of the Czech Employment Office have an effective system of efficiency evaluation and which of the tools they consider most effective. Then the tools of active employment policy in the Region of Ústí nad Labem have been reviewed from the point of view of their applicability by the most endangered groups and it has been ascertained which tools of active employment policy were in this sense most effective and which groups they were focused on.
Evaluation of efficiency of selected regional branches of CSO

In today's dynamically changing times, the main objective of organizations operating in the private and public sphere is efficiency maximizing. This thesis has been based on this assumption. The main aim of this work is to provide on the specific case an evaluation of the efficiency by using methods of multiple-criteria decision-making in the public sector. The rating of individual regional offices of the Czech Statistical Office, substantially participating in data collecting by performing statistical surveys, is presented in this work, using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis. The thesis can be divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical preparation. This part describes the basic terms connected with the topic of the effectiveness evaluation and a theoretical description of the method the processing is based on. The second part describes the processing itself. At the beginning of this part, there is a brief overview of the activities of the Czech Statistical Office, which is followed by an overview of the statistical survey areas. Then, based on selected inputs and outputs, the efficiency is evaluated.

This thesis focuses on small business entity, a tradesman, who owns shop with pet supplies in Zlín The theoretical part describes the general procedures for effective capital given notice, propose solutions organization and operation of the company, workflows, development financing, market demand and supply in the sector. Part also deals with the use of IS, web, PR, goodwill. In a part own work focuses on the application of these theoretical methods on my chosen subject. Above all, the creation of a comprehensive and coherent strategy, defining specific procedures-based calculations and forecasts for the development of the business entity.
Evaluation effectiveness of the business in a selected sport

Bachelor thesis evaluates the effectiveness of investing funds in selected football clubs, which operates in the Czech Republic. In this thesis, there are defined revenues and expenditures of football clubs of their financial analysis to determine the financial managment of these clubs. There is also defines the strengths and weaknesses of investing into this sport environment. The aim is to provide the principle of operation within the club and also provide a comprehensive summary of revenue and expenditure for the potential investor. At the end of bachelor thesi,s there is evaluation of entrepreneurial investments into this sector as well as evaluation of economy of these clubs. Summary contains strength and weak sides of investment in this sector and suggest possible solution of efectiveness of economy in football clubs.
Planning the utilization of the financial resources of the company

The diploma work deals with the effective use of financial resources that the enterprise has available, specifically evaluating their options and investment plan formation. The first part introduces general information about capital structure. There are explained the types of financial resources, their pros and cons and possibilities of their utilization. This chapter also contains the types of investments and methods of assessment needed to correct assembly of the above mentioned investment plan. Own part introduces general information about a particular company. This is followed by a brief analysis of the capital structure of the company, which explores ways of financing, financial budget formulation, the composition of costs, or the proportion of the financial resources of the enterprise. This analysis is followed by the evaluating of all investments. Investments are compared and selected the best of them according to the results of applied indicator. The information obtained is used in the final chapter, which is compiled investment plan for the year 2015. The findings are then used to draw conclusions and propose changes in addressing the capital structure and investment evaluation.
Teaching aids for teaching vocational subjects

Modern as well as classical teaching aids greatly support and strengthen the teaching practice while encouraging students to take an active part in the learning activity within the classroom, thus contributing to a higher degree of mastering the subject matter. Integration of teaching aids in teaching vocational subjects not only enables effective and precise teaching, but it also allows the students to acquire their knowledge and practical skills. The theoretical part of this thesis presents an overview, description and comparison of various teaching materials suitable for teaching technical subjects, which are currently the most integrated teaching methods in vocational studies. In addition, the review of literature discusses the history of education and formation of teaching aids. The practical part, which has been conducted in a participating educational institution, elaborates on the questionnaire survey conducted amongst students who are currently in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of the three-year program. The questionnaire is focused on obtaining relevant information from the students on how they evaluate the benefits and effectiveness of the teaching aids during the theoretical lesson which takes place prior to the practical training. The results of this thesis can be beneficial in terms of streamlining the theoretical teaching of vocational subjects that are important for students before the start of their practical training.
Training and personal development in the organization

The bachelor thesis deals with the training and personal development in the organization. Its main objective is for selected company to identify and assess the current status of the education and personal development of employees. The theoretical part describes the issue with help of expert resources and publications available. In the practical part of the thesis is detected the current status of qualification and personal development of employees. At first, there is briefly introduced the selected company. This is followed by an evaluation questionnaire which serves as the basis of the findings and proposals for improving the current situation.
