The diploma thesis deals with creating a marketing strategy proposal for company GN s.r.o. with focus on marketing mix. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and part of proposals. The theoretical part will be paid to defining the basic principles making marketing strategy proposal, creating marketing mix, product policy, price policy, distribution policy and communication policy, and market analysis. In the analytical part will be analyses current state of the company. In Part of proposals will be the marketing strategy proposal itself with focus on marketing mix.

The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing. In the second part, the practical one, the theoretical knowledge is applied and the current state of the company is analysed. The last part shows the author's recommendations and suggestions for improving the marketing mix of the company.
Marketing plan for a social and entertainment company specialising in French gastronomy and culture

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a marketing plan for a new social-entertainment enterprise specialized in French gastronomy and culture, which will enter the market in Humpolec. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is consists of literary research and methodology. Firstly, I learned literature based on marketing, food service, coffee, and wine. In this part, key concepts were defined, with which I worked further in the practical part. The methodology of the work focus on aim of the bachelor thesis, the research questions, the principle of marketing research and the methods through which the research was carried out. The practical part consist of interpretation of data obtained during marketing research, description of the location, analysis of potential customers and competitors. Then, the marketing plan for the new enterprise was created.

Creation and management of marketing distribution channels

This thesis is focused on creating and managing marketing distribution channels in terms of a particular enterprise. The basic concept for this thesis is marketing, from which further depends on other important concepts. The aim is to assess the current creation and management of marketing distribution channels in the selected company. Based on the analysis to propose appropriate measures for improvement. For these purposes, was chosen production company that specializes in the manufacture of doors and door frames.

This thesis analyses the current situation of the retail market in the Czech Republic. It examines the principal trends in the distribution politics which have an important influence on the czech retail market. In the following section there is described how the most successful retail chains have developed in recent years. At the end, by three case studies I allow the reader to have an overview of the current practice. I explain how the distribution centers work and what is the business strategy of one of the leading chains in the Czech Republic.
Distribution of chosen French products on the Czech market

This bachelor work aims to evaluate the distribution of chosen French products to the Czech market and uncovering the possibilities how to increase their marketability. The whole work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part gives an explanation of the basic terms of the marketing field which are important for the clarification of the issue of this work. It is focused on the characteristics of markets and their classification at the market of organizations and the market of a final consommateur. It explains the importance of the value for a final customer and it tries to describe the purchase behaviour of organizations and of the final consommateur. This part contains a brief presentation of market analysis and methods how to find out data and information. It deals in detail with the distribution which represents for each company a complex and an exacting process of shipping their products to the final consumer. The practical part is based on an analysis of the sales activities of the company Anglo Czech Ltd. It is concerned with the characteristics and development of French company called Prodifa, which is specialized in the manufacture of perfume atomizers and their charges and afterwards in their sale to distribution companies. This part gives a description of development and characteristics of Czech distribution company Anglo Czech Ltd., which is purchaser of several products of the French company. The work is devoted to the history of cooperation between these two companies and current methods of selling of French products on the Czech market. Also it tries to uncover new opportunities how to increase their marketability.
Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech and European market

The diploma thesis has three main targets. To describe and give reasons why the firm Hyundai Motor Company entered the European market. To describe how sale and business network of company HMMC functions. To verify the success of HMMC's marketing strategy. Constantly increasing demand for cars Hyundai was the primary reason, why company HMC built subsidiary in Nošovice in Czech Republic. The decision about establishment of subsidiary HMMC was made in 2005 and production was begun at the end of year 2008. The company HMMC doesn't create distributional politics but it is important and necessary part of distribution chain. The distributional politics is formed in Soul by parent company. Then it is gradually delegated to regional offices, distributors and dealers. Finally the success of HMMC's marketing strategy was verified via questionnaire survey. This research was realized among dealers in Moravian-Silesian region. It was found out, that Czech customers buy cars Hyundai more, because HMMC's marketing strategy supports Czech traditional symbols and attributes in its advertisement. However it was not confirmed, if Czech customers reacted positively or negatively to Czech national symbols in advertisement of firm Hyundai.
Comparison of OEZ company strategy before and after takeover by Siemens

This thesis mainly deals with comparison of OEZ company strategy before and after the takeover by concern Siemens. Theoretical knowledge is interconnected with practice within the company. After the thorough introduction of both companies I deal with takeover itself and with motives, which resulted in the acquisition. In the next part, every particular policy of marketing mix is described and compared. In the last chapter, SWOT analyses are worked out and by their comparison I can evaluate the situation, in which the company was before the takeover and in which the company is now. The main contribution is the evaluation considering the described fields and also the general evaluation by SWOT analyses.
