Analysis of housing in a selected location

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic of housing with focus on the residential market. The first part describes the possible ways of acquisition and subsequent financing of given property (apartment). The second part focuses on analysis of the current situation in the housing market in the Czech Republic and specifically in the South Moravian Region and in Brno. It compares a selected type of apartment within the costs associated with the acquisition, from the perspective of the selected person. The result is a comparison of two options for acquiring a stated apartment, either into personal ownership or through a tenancy agreement.

Creating a Business Plan

The diploma thesis deals with the matter of business in construction. It focuses on the business intention, business plan, or feasibility study and describes the differences between them. It theoretically defines when, under which circumstances and for what reasons it is appropriate to create a business plan for the intended purpose. It also includes a description of the individual parts of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis deals with the specification of the business plan in the problematic of processing bids for construction work in public and private tenders, for which this real business plan is created, with an evaluation of whether and under what conditions this plan could be implemented.

Compulsory school attendance across education systems in the Kingdom of Belgium

The Diploma thesis will deal with study of education systems in the three communities in the Kingdom of Belgium - the Flemish, the Walloon and the German speaking community. It will focuse in more closely on compulsory school attendance of these education systems. The theoretical part will be devoted of comparative pedagogy, its meaning and methodology. It will explain the concepts of the education system and its comparison and compulsory education attendance. The Kingdom of Belgium and its specific structure will be briefly introduced in the next part. The practical part of this thesis will deal with three education systems in Belgium through qualitative research, namely studies. Analysis and comparison of these less known education systems, its evaluation of functionality using comparison education results in schools of Belgian communities are the aims of this thesis. It will also show advantages and disadvantages of autonomy of the individual school systems and their comparison. Although their identification and documentation received a considerable attention, they remain unrecognized for many patients. Objectives: The goal of the thesis was to analyze serious drug interactions between cardiovascular drugs, to describe their management in clinical practice, which is useful during dispensation, and to evaluate occurrence of these drug interaction in a community pharmacy. Methodology: The information was gained from several databases and compared, and afterwards management of major drug interactions of betablockers and calcium channel blockers was created. Patients of a community pharmacy were screened for these drug interactions. The data were processed by frequency analysis. Results: In the theoretical part, 94 drug interactions were analysed. Effective leadership

In my bachelor thesis I describe problems of effective leadership in organization in relation with organization's objectives filling. I focus here on main principles of leadership process. I characterize process of leadership and personality of leader, who is active executor of this process in organization. The effective leadership is here evaluated mainly from organization theory point of view and in relation with requirements to management, especially its relation with leadership and its development. I consider motivation and motivation theories as well. The objective of this work is summarization of present opinions and approaches to problems of leadership and creation theoretical base for deeper understanding of these problems under perfonnance of personnel management in organization.
