Management and Marketing Cocept of Production for the Development of Motorcycle Sport

Title: Management and Marketing Concept of Production for the Development of Motorcycle Sport Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to assess the options to connect a concept of motorcycle sport for all with a selected segment of sports tools production (motorcycles) by designing a management and marketing concept for a domestic motorbike manufacturer in this segment with the aim of its further development. The combined function and object based concept involves a functional aspect: evaluation of the connection of the concept of a sport for all with a selected segment of sports tools manufacturing; and the object aspect: to design a management and marketing concept for a domestic manufacturer in the selected segment. Methods: The author applies general scientific methods as well as specific methods used in economic sciences. The study uses experiment and questionnaire survey with abduction as empirical methods representing theoretical or, as the case may be, logical methods. Explanatory methods are represented by analysis, synthesis and abstraction; the quantitative data was used for the deduction of possible causal relations; induction was used to facilitate formulation of conclusions relevant for the objective of the thesis. Václav Příhoda and Anton Semjonovič Makarenko-pedagogical thoughts and their possible influence on the conception of jewish children education in ghetto Terezín

The central theme of this thesis is collective education of children and young people. In this case it is set in a historical context. Specifically it is in the jewish ghetto in Terezín in the years 1942 - 1944. The tutors who worked there with the children's collectives used the means and principles identical to those we know from the work of Anton Semjonovič Makarenko and Václav Příhoda. The educational conceptions of both important pedagogues are introduced in this thesis as possible theoretical resources of the work in Terezín children's homes. Comparison of all three conceptions - the Příhoda's, the Makarenko's and the Terezín ones - refers to this possibility and supports it in many aspects.

Education in the getto Terezín (based on the analysis of the magazines published by the children)

This thesis deals with the subject concerning the education of jewish children in the ghetto Terezín during the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. It is focused on how the results of the tutors' and the teachers' educational influence are reflected in the magazines illegally written by jewish children in 1942 - 1944. The quotations from four selected magazines and their content analysis prove the reflexion of the education in the children's literary work. They apparently show a positive influence of the Terezín educational conception ("education in and for a community") and a personal example of the adults who worked with the children - the tutors and the teachers.
Perception of the Object or Seeing the Thing?

The thesis follows the development of the As-Structure as it is presented in Heidegger's Logic (GA 21) and shows that this abstract structure has been developed based on Brentano's Psychology 1 and Husserl's Logical Investigations. I describe how the As-Structure develops from the Brentano's distinction of physical and mental phenomena. The mental phenomena represent the basic sphere of our recognition, and the knowledge of the object as it is immanent to them. The object represents a stable counterpart to the course of experience (Objekt - Erlebnis relation). Therefore, only in the mental phenomena the object is being experienced just as it appears. This is the standpoint of Brentano, and it is adopted by Husserl who explicitly divides the structure of an intentional act into its constituents; the meant and the given. The object is accomplished when it is carried out by the intentional act. When the relation between the meant and the given is fully congruent, the given is given just as it is meant. Heidegger elaborates on this given as meant structure by transferring it outside the sphere of consciousness. Nursing process in ill with diagnosis cystic fibrosis

In meiner Abschlussarbeit habe ich mich mit der Pflegeproblematik bei Klienten mit zystischer Fibrose beschaftigt. Das Ziel meiner Arbeit ist den Pflegeprozess beim chronisch kranken Kind zu beschreiben und das Pflegepersonal mit der Anwendung dieser bisher in der Praxis unbenutzten Pt1egemethode bekarmtzumachen. Meine Arbeit habe ich einen theoretischen und einen praktischen Teil gegliedert. lm theoretischen Teil habe ich Anatomie und Physiologie des Atmungssystems beschreiben, ich habe mich mit einsamer Krankheit und mit ihnem Einfluss auf den psychischen Zustand des Kind~s beschaftigt. Kurzgefasst habe ich das Wesen des Pflegeprozesses und des Bedurfnismodells von Gordon erklart, von dem ich im praktischen Teil ausgehe. lm zweiten Teil habe ich mich der Realisation des Pflegeprozesses bei einer konkreten Patientin im fortgeschrittenen Stadium der Kraukheit gewidmet. Der zweizehnjahrigen Jungen ist langzeitig mit seiner Mutter hospita1isiert worden. Die Probleme des Kindes und der Mutter habe ich in elf Ptlegediagnosen aufgezeigt. Die pf1egediagnosen habe ich ausfiihrlich in meiner Arbeit bearbeitet und den Effekt der geleisteten Pflege ausgewertet.
