Proposal of Optimalization of Received Invoices Administration

Thesis aims to propose increasing the competitiveness of consulting firm that offers accounting, tax and management consulting through extending the range of products offered by the administration of incoming invoices of their clients. The aim of this study also suggest a system of administration of invoices received consultancy clients in order to minimize strain on the client's employees and authorized persons while enabling continuous work with these documents. The proposed solution can be applied for all types of organizations and structures.

Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation and evaluation of employees of the researched company. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first part diploma thesis focuses on the description of the incentive system from a theoretical perspective. The second part focuses on research and description of actual payment mechanisms and opportunities for personal development in the company. Based on the results of the half-structured interviews from the second part are in the last section suggested possible improvements or potential solutions of identified problems.

The Optimalization of Debts Recovery Procedure

Thesis pursue an aim to introduce reader to problem of unsettled debts, outline way of debts recovering at company ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) and draw up system of debts recovering procedure apllicable to consulting companies. Theoretic part of thesis defines a debt, shows certain stages of debt lifetime, and deals with 1) comparison of debts recovery procedure through court process (soud) and through (exekutor) 2) comparison of two basic ways of execution of a decision Analytic part of thesis consist of brief introduction of ORKÁN plus, s.r.o. (L.t.d.) company, analysis of present debts filing system at this company, then analysis of debts amortization and adjusting entries creation from tax and accounting standpoint, as well as analysis of company finance stability with regard to overdue debts. Part called „own proposed solutions“ contents recommended procedures of debts recovery and suggested improvement of present system of debts recovery procedure.

Taxation of Rental Incomes in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis addresses the international taxation of a selected income category. Namely, it concentrates on the taxation of income of tax residents and non-residents of the Czech Republic arising from the rent of immovable property in the Czech Republic. In regard to the focus of the thesis, there are presented model situations that illustrate the method of taxation and the use of methods of avoiding double taxation.

Exercising the competencies of principals in the management of Arab schools in Israel and their impact on the organizational school climate

This thesis focuses on the application of principal's competencies in managing Arab schools in Israel and their possible impact on the climate of the teaching staff. It aims to understand the context of principal's and teacher's work in Arab schools in Israel and to show through its own research the links between instructional management style and the climate of the teaching staff in these schools. The first part of the thesis introduces Israeli society and the structure of the education system. The conditions are compared for education in Arab and Jewish schools. It then focuses on the competencies of principals from a general managerial point of view and from the point of view of the rights and duties given by law. Their competencies include the instructional management of the school. The aim of my own empirical research was to describe the instructional management styles of principals in Arab schools in Israel, to describe the climate of the teaching staff in these schools, and to describe the relationship between instructional management style and climate, or to identify the instructional management factors that contribute to a favorable climate in the teaching staff. Gambling in the family kontext

Theme of bachelor thesis is a gambling in a family context. It focuses primarily on the effects of gambling family as a system, its functioning and stability. However, dealing with the causes, symptoms, treatment and prevention of gambling. I study pathological differences between men and women players. Consideration also to lay the issue gambling in children. The theoretical part contains 7 chapters. In the first chapter introduces the reader to basic concepts that relate to the topic. In the second chapter dealing with the causes of gambling, in the third and the specific features of gamblers - men, women and children. The fourth chapter is devoted to speech gambling. In the fifth chapter examine the individual effects of gambling and its impact on the functioning and stability of families. In the chapter dealing with possible solutions to the problem and treatment, in seven chapters and prevention. Penitentiary and Post-Penitentiary care in the Czech Republic

Aim of my diploma thesis is to describe the system of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in the Czech republic and determine whether and how it works link these two components in practice. This thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part I explain the expressions and the subjects that provide this care in our republic. I also try to clarify the purpose and the sense of this care and the relations between penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. I deal with the conception of work with defendant and convicted people, as well, and with the possibilities of work with clients in jail. I cpecify problems of this work in details. Last but not lest i mention upbriding, education and employment of people in the course of custody and imprisonment. The practical part of my diploma thesis is based on my praktice in the jailhouse Praha - Ruzyně that I manager in the course my studies. I start with guilty and convict clients there, then I mention the structure of the working team of specialist. The possibilities of the clients regarding the treatment is procedure, education and employment in this jailhouse make an important part of this diploma work.
