The bachelor thesis deals with the tacheometric survey of the location of Orinoko. The aim of the thesis is to create a thematical map of the area in the scale 1:500. As the terrain of the area is very varied, a part of the thesis focuses on terrain shapes and their projection in a thematical map using contour lines.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing mix of a company that imports cosmetics products from Hungary to the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is theoretical, it explains the basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix and marketing environment, which are related to the topic. This is followed by the analytical part, in which an analysis of the marketing mix and marketing environment in the Czech Republic of the company are performed. The analytical part also includes a research part, which deals with the adjustment of the company's marketing mix and addressing a new target segment. The last part is a proposal part, in which, based on the analytical part, proposals and recommendations are presented from the point of view of the marketing mix for gaining new customers.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of internal company communication. This thesis is divided into theoretical pand ractical parts. The theoretical part describes a summary of verified scientific knowledge, which are applied in the practical part. In the practical part, the shortcomings of internal company communication in the company POOR – TRADE, v.o.s. are identified by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on these shortcomings, individual procedures for their optimization are proposed.

Recruitment and talent acquisition is one of the most important processes in human resource management, as it determines the effective functioning of a company. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recruitment in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to streamline the recruitment process in a particular company. In the first part, the theoretical foundations of human resource management of the company are examined using a literature search in the field of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part includes a description of the company, methods of recruitment and selection of personnel for the organization and an analysis of the current situation. A quantitative method using questionnaires for data collection and a qualitative method, namely an interview with an HR manager, were chosen to analyse the current situation in the organization. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview with the recruiter, the following suggestions were made: collaborating with universities, allocating time during the interview to bring the job duties closer to the candidates, reducing the number of participants in the group interview, creating a career page on Facebook, posting available jobs on LinkedIn, video presentations, and eliminating collaboration with agencies. These suggestions can help improve the company’s current recruitment system.
Assessing the Financial Health of a Company Operating in International Environment and Proposals for Improvements

The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the strategic position and financial health of an international company, and to propose suggestions for improvement in problem areas. The results of the analytical part of the thesis show that the company is financially stable and has a good profitability ratio. On the other hand, some of the teams in the company are less productive due to prolonged and ineffective internal processes. Therefore, the thesis formulates suggestions which should improve the productivity of one of the main teams in the company. The basis of the suggestion is an online tool for the automation of operational management.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system.
Determination of astronomical vertical deflections by field observations
