The analysis of biochemical and hematological data in athletes
Molnárová, Monika ; Korvas, Pavel (referee) ; Chlíbková, Daniela (advisor)
This thesis is focused on blood and urine analyses of runners after the competition. It describes the principles of analysis and laboratory testing not only in laboratories, but also in terrain conditions. The thesis includes statistical testing and evaluation of hematological and biochemical parameters. With the use of Spearman correlation coefficient are determined the relations between the parameters. The goal of the thesis is finding a way to predict biological parameters by using a group of other parameters. In the practical part of the work is described the algorithm for prediction with Neural network Toolbox the network testing results and other ways to improve the prediction algorithm.
The analysis of biochemical and hematological data in athletes
Molnárová, Monika ; Korvas, Pavel (referee) ; Chlíbková, Daniela (advisor)
This thesis is focused on patophysiology changes in organism of ultramaraton runners. It analyze the blood parameters idnicating patological changes. It describes the principles of analysis and laboratory testing not only in laboratories, but also in terrain conditions. The thesis includes statistical testing and evaluation of hematological and biochemical parameters indicating severe patologies. With the use of Spearman correlation coefficient are determined the relations between the parameters. The relation between the found parameters are then further analyzed by regression. The goal of the thesis is finding a way to predict biological parameters by using a group of other parameters. In the practical part of the work is described the algorithm for prediction, the network testing results and other ways to improve the prediction algorithm.

Unemployment and its solutions through active policy in Slovakia with a more detailed focus on the Košice region
Molnárová, Monika ; Adámek, Petr (advisor) ; Dobrylovský, Jiří (referee)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to provide an objective view of the labour market situation in Slovakia and solutions through active labor market measures that serve to improve this situation. Special attention will be paid to the Košice region between 2014 and 2015, both in terms of the overall labour market situation and the use of individual active policy instruments. The work is devided into two basic sections, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of concepts that are closely related to the given issue as well as with the description and definition of the conditions for participation in individual active labor market measures. In the beginning of the practical part, the Košice region is characterized and the overall labour market and unemployment situation in the monitored period is described from various points of view. Furthermore, the practical part focuses on the evaluation of selected active measures in the labour market in terms of interest about them and costs, in the whole Slovak Republic as well as in the Košice region.
Psychological aspects of identification and its use in forensic context
Molnárová, Monika ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor) ; Urbanová, Miluše (referee) ; Netík, Karel (referee)
This dissertation thesis is an overview study of recognition of human individuals and its role in forensic identification. It begins with basic structures of identification, meaning and usage of mug books, facial composite identification, and for the most part, recognition. We discuss suitability and feasibility of these methods and base the reasoning on the results of research from other countries. Such methods are undoubtedly affected by eyewitness's identification accuracy and therefore we also focus on factors influencing this. We group the factors by the ones which can and the ones which cannot by affected by law enforcement while we pay a special attention to the variables which are objects of scientific research, such as sequential lineups versus simultaneous lineups, foil selection, age, race, and confidence of the eyewitnesses who are performing the identification. Finally, we include a practical administrator's manual which describes the identification procedure step by step in a greater detail: how to create photo arrays, live lineups, facial composite recognition, and mug books, how to instruct eyewitnesses, and how to supervise the entire lineup procedure up to documenting it. The guide is based on many U.S. manuals and contains standalone recommendations as well as explanations why some...
