The analysis of biochemical and hematological data in athletes

This thesis is focused on blood and urine analyses of runners after the competition. It describes the principles of analysis and laboratory testing not only in laboratories, but also in terrain conditions. The thesis includes statistical testing and evaluation of hematological and biochemical parameters. With the use of Spearman correlation coefficient are determined the relations between the parameters. The goal of the thesis is finding a way to predict biological parameters by using a group of other parameters. In the practical part of the work is described the algorithm for prediction with Neural network Toolbox the network testing results and other ways to improve the prediction algorithm.

This thesis is focused on patophysiology changes in organism of ultramaraton runners. It analyze the blood parameters idnicating patological changes. It describes the principles of analysis and laboratory testing not only in laboratories, but also in terrain conditions. The thesis includes statistical testing and evaluation of hematological and biochemical parameters indicating severe patologies. With the use of Spearman correlation coefficient are determined the relations between the parameters. The relation between the found parameters are then further analyzed by regression. The goal of the thesis is finding a way to predict biological parameters by using a group of other parameters. In the practical part of the work is described the algorithm for prediction, the network testing results and other ways to improve the prediction algorithm.

Unemployment and its solutions through active policy in Slovakia with a more detailed focus on the Košice region

Cílem mé práce je poskytnout objektivní pohled na situaci na trhu práce Slovenska a na řešení prostřednictvím aktivních opatření trhu práce, které slouží ke zlepšení této situace. Speciální pozornost bude věnována Košickému kraji v letech 2014 až 2015, ať už z pohledu celkové situace na trhu práce tak i z pohledu využívání jednotlivých nástrojů aktivní politiky. Práci jsem rozdělila na dva základní ucelené celky a to na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji jednak vysvětlení pojmů, které úzce souvisí s danou problematikou a také popisu a definování podmínek pro účast na jednotlivých aktivních opatřeních trhu práce. V úvodu praktické části je věnována pozornost charakteristice Košického kraje i popisu celkové situace na trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti ve sledovaném období z různých hledisek. Dále se praktická část zaměřuje na vyhodnocení vybraných aktivních opatření na trhu práce z pohledu zájmu a nákladů na ně, jak v rámci celé Slovenské republiky tak i Košického kraje.

Psychological aspects of identification and its use in forensic context

Dizertačná práca "Psychologické aspekty identifikácie a jej uplatnenie v kriminalistickej praxi", ktorá je prehľadovou štúdiou, sa v prvej časti zaoberá vymedzením základných pojmov, podstatou ako aj významom fotoalbumov, potrétnej identifikácie a hlavne rekognície. Rovnako približuje výhody a nevýhody týchto metód založené na výsledkoch výskumov v zahraničí, na čo nadväzuje aj ďalšia časť dizertačnej práce, ktorá okrem iného podrobnejšie rozoberá jednotlivé faktory ovplyvňujúce presnosť identifikácie očitého svedka. Faktory sú rozdelené na tie, ktoré možu, a na tie, ktoré nemožu kontrolovať orgány činné v trestnom konaní a súdy, pričom detailnejšie sme sa venovali tým premenným, ktoré najčastejšie bývajú predmetom vedeckých výskumov, ako napríklad sekvenčná verzus simultánna prezentácia rekognície, výber figurantov, vek, rasa a istota očitých svedkov, ktorú vyjadrujú o identifikácii. Súčasťou poslednej kapitoly je praktická príručka, ktorá podrobne popisuje jednotlivé kroky od začiatku, a to, ako má administrátor zostavovať rad fotografií alebo osob in natura, portrétnu identifikáciu a fotoalbumy, ďalej ako má inštruovať svedka a viesť celý identifikačný proces až po jeho dokumentáciu. Príručka, ktorá vznikla na základe spojenia viacerých amerických manuálov, neobsahuje iba jednotlivé odporúčania, ale aj...
