Rich Internet Application in PLC PFC200

This bachelor’s thesis is mainly focused on implementation of our own means of controlling a PLC PFC200, made by Wago company, through a dynamic website application. This thesis includes basic information about PLC, known means of controlling it, a list of available web servers for Linux operating systems and a description of how to create our own real-time control. Result of this thesis is a web application running on a webserver inside the PLC using our own runtime system in a form of daemon programs.
Heart rate measurement system with wireless data transmission

The presented Bachelor's thesis covers the topics of designing and manufacturing a device used for measurement of a car driver's pulse frequency. An electrocardiogram is used to measure cardiac activity. The measured data is sent wirelessly to a local server where it's stored in a prepared database. Correct function of the device is demonstrated through an experiment performed in the second part of the work.
Collection and visualization of data from the vehicle driving simulator

In this bachelor thesis, I deal with the collection and visualization of data from a vehicle driving simulator. In the theoretical introduction, I deal with the description of the game engine Unreal Engine 4 and its editor, web server search, open-source database search. The practical part deals with data collection from simulation, comparison of two types of data collection, and then visualization of this data.
Car Driving Simulator

This master’s thesis is mainly focused on creating our own car driving simulator and basic data gathering from the driver’s input. To achieve this goal, the thesis includes introduction to man-machine systems and basic information about functions and runtime game engine employs. Research about commonly used open source game engines is also presented with a detailed focus on the engine we chose - Unreal Engine. In conclusion ofthis thesis, a full version of a car driving simulator is created with gathered data analysis.
Harmonization of work and family life in women in the managerial positions

This diploma thesis deals with thema of harmonization of family and working duties in women at managerial positions. Background is drawn from the area of psychology of work and organization in theoretical part and from personal experiences of manager women in empirical part. The thesis analyzes the meaning of work in nowdays society, its changes and raising work demands in each individual. Next there are underlined themes of woman in management and social expectations from woman. Used strategies in 7 women were investigated with hep of qualitative research with usage of semistructured interview in real conditions. The thesis draws conclusion that spousal support, supportive family background, a need of self-fulfillment at work, use of flexible working time arrangements and the use of modern technologies are crucial points. Discovered data were recorded and women feelings emerging from building their careers and gaining work success as well. Conflicts within the working groups and teams

The author aims at the topic of working groups and teams. He focused concretely on the conflicts that can arise within them. The first part of paper is devoted to the explanation of basic concepts, on which is based this work. The author introduce step by step with the issue of conflicts and their basic typology, defining the working group compared to the team and the role of both in human life, as well as communication and interpersonal interactions as integral parts of two previous concepts. In the core of the work are mentioned the basic causes of conflict in the labour collectives in the form of group composition, relationships, and interactions, methods of management or leadership, and also personal settings. At the conclusion of this crucial part of paper are discussed and presented modern phenomena of bullying in the workplace called mobbing and bossing. The last part of theory is devoted to the consequences and implications that these conflicts can cause not only for humans but for the whole group, hence the organization. The whole work is finished by a list of possible methods to investigate this issue and also the specific research proposals.

Mental load of top management - coping with stress Ing.Mgr.Martin Pospíchal, The Faculty of Arts of Charel University in Prague, 2013 The topic of this thesis is the issue of mental load, respectively mental load in professions that are increasingly exposed to its influence. From a myriad of professions in which people are under intense mental load, this thesis examines the group of top managers, particularly in companies involved in the sale of information technologies. The objective of this thesis is primarily to capture the methods and strategies for coping with stress in this target group. From a methodological perspective, the semi-structured interview and standardized questionnaire research methods were used to identify strategies for coping with stress. The conducted research confirmed with certain degree of probability that intense mental load is an integral part of the performance of the top manager profession. Its impact is assessed as more stressful in comparison with lower job titles, particularly from the perspective of a wider range of active forms of mental load. Reception and processing of visual information in traffic Mgr. Dana Černochová Abstract The theoretical part of this work deals with the visual perception of the driver. Special attention is paid to the perception of visual information in the whole range of the field of view. From psychological point of view, the term functional field of view is important, the construct taking into account not only perception, but also the attention. Its size depends on the amount of information which have to be processed at any given moment. Foreign literature uses the term "Useful field of view" under the abbreviation UFOV, german literature uses the term "nutzbares Sehfeld" under the abbreviation NSF. The experimental part of the work focuses on evaluating the changes of the visual perception in the range of the visual field in relation to age. For this the SET of 1361 people in age group from 18 to 90 years. In further subchapters the experiment is described where the secondary task was used as variable in order to find out whether the increased cognitive load affects the range of the useful field of view. School as a Successful Company

This work is dedicated to the psychology of work and organization in the elementary school environment and is focused on the relationships of the management of a school with its teachers. The motivation of teachers, the interpersonal relationships, trust and level of awareness become the central themes. At first, the theoretical part zooms in both, people and school management, and then continues to discuss the above mentioned themes. It deals with the theory of motivation and an analysis of concrete motives of teachers, their working group, mutual relationships at workplace and trust, as well as with behavior supporting the creation of trust, communication and consultancy as tools for reinforcing the level of subordinates' awareness. The objective of the emphirical part is to identify possible relationships between personality characteristics of a manager and the perception the teachers have about the working environment and the processes at their school.

The subject of my final thesis is the assessment centre as a method being used in practice of personnel psychology. The theoretical part is aimed at basic methods of assessment centre, it contains the definitions and instructions which limit and edit the assessment centre as regards its content and implementation aspects. It describes the processes of assessment centre creation and choice of its partial methods (dialogue, test methods, model situation etc). In more detail it deals with character of assessment centre partial methods and possibilities of their diagnostic outputs application. In particular chapter special attention is given to model situations and group exercises questions. At the same time it describes the assessment centre social-psychological aspects and its cultural and intercultural extent. The empirical part contains the description and analysis of particular existing assessment centre, from which a suggestion for its optimalization arises.
