This thesis deals with residential real estate market in the Great Britain and its development. The thesis describes all evalution methods used in the Great Britain, it also describes the current state of the property market, expert work and in the end are described in detail the methods used for the valuation of the house. In thesis attachment is an exemplar of the evalution report for a house in the Great Britain according to the standards and the methodologies used by the evaluation experts in the United Kingdom.
Creation of Pricing Details for the Determination of Open-market Rent for Apartments for the Brno-centre Locality

The motivation of this diploma thesis is the end of price regulation on December 31, 2012 lease revenues resulting from this one and the possibility of disputes over the normal rent. The aim of this work is an effort to raise awareness of the normal rent for apartments in the area of Brno-Center. Determine factors that affect the attainment of rental dwellings without a price control system design using the system of essential values "SPV". Based on the selection of appropriate resources to create a database for pricing documentation and analysis of the significant influences that affect the total amount of rent and rent of the unit. These influences are the apartment layout, location and condition of the apartment. The contribution of this work is to create materials and price impact assessment prior to the rental unit and rents, which may serve as a source for other expert tasks.
Development of the Construction of Residential Property in Brno-Židenice

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the construction of residential properties in the city district of Brno - Židenice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains general information about the city district, the development of population, houses and flats and summarizes the historical development since the first settlement. The second part describes the development of the construction of residential properties in individual time periods, including the type of construction, urban development of the city district, from the oldest construction to the analysis of the development of the city district in future years. Attached to the work is a well - arranged map that graphically illustrates the settlement of the city district in individual periods.

The practical part contains basic information on the reality estate office Lotos Reality. Next, it analyses the marketing communication of this specific company. By the means of questionnaire survey the proposals to improve the marketing communication were worked out and they are summarized in the conclusion

The research of the market was made in four categories according to disposition. In thesis are described elementary factors affecting real estate rental market. Having a home is one of the most basic human needs and everyone attempts to accommodate this need as well as possible. We consequently decide what approach is most advantageous for our needs - whether to rent a home or whether to buy and own one. If we decide owning a home is the right option, we then have to decide, how to go about purchasing it. Not everyone can afford paying for a property upfront in cash and at that is when banks come into play, lending us money to buy property. This paper focuses on whether having a mortgage is the correct strategy for acquiring a home. This will vary individual to individual based on his or her life goals and other factors. Generally, it can be said that purchasing a home using a mortgage can be advantageous, but the difference between renting and buying on a mortgage might not be that significant. Renting a home does have its own specific advantages, and when one's financial plans are managed correctly, it can be a better option for accomplishing financial independence.
Analysis of the property market – Břeclav, Brno, Blansko, Hodonín

The diploma thesis „Analysis of the property market – Břeclav, Brno, Blansko, Hodonín” examines and describes current situation on the market. The target of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the data in the district of Břeclav, Brno, Blansko and Hodonín that affect supply and demand in the property market. There are especially indicators describing the natural conditions, job market, purchasing power of the population, the environment, transport infrastructure, etc. The next aim of my thesis is subsequently evaluated these indicators considering for selected types of real estate market and comparing the data above mentioned districts. This thesis is dealing with data resources, including data collection, classification, segmentation and its following evaluation. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office.
Conditions for Obtaining a Cooperative Housing Before 1989

This thesis deals with the conditions for gaining cooperative housing before 1989. Specifically the conditions for entering into a cooperative, membership in a cooperative and output from the cooperative. There is also outlined the issue of transfer of flats into private ownership in the years 1994 -1996 and in the last section are set the prices of selling the public housing to citizens from 1966 to 1994 that are related to the average monthly gross wage of each year. The same is quantified the rent paid in the state apartments and the rent that was paid in a cooperative apartment in the 80 years of the 20th century.
Apartment Rent Rates in Brno and the Factors Affecting them

The diploma thesis describes the current situation on the rental housing market in selected city parts of the Statutory City of Brno and describes and evaluates the basic factors that influence the rental price. Part of the thesis is a market research in four different locations in Brno, namely Žabovřesky, Bystrc, Líšeň and Bohunice. Market research is conducted for different layouts of apartments, namely 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk. All collected data are compared and described in text and graphics. In order to compare the rental market with foreign countries, the thesis also includes a market survey in Bratislava, specifically in the district of Petržalka.
