Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in six selected Expreska fitness premises and their mutual comparison Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the research of satisfaction and expectations of female customers of the Expreska circle training in selected six establishments in Prague and consequent comparing of these places. Satisfaction is measured using a questionnaire, in which the customers asses the perceived quality of services and the quality of services that is important to them. On the basis of obtained data there is conducted analysis of sociological parameters such as age, occupation, monthly income, etc. The main research is completed with the survey of former Expreska customers and in conclusion there is comparison of the two surveys. Methodology: The survey of customer satisfaction is carried out using questionnaires, which lies in the method of SERVQUAL. It is compared the expected quality and truly perceived quality of the service. Secondary data about the fitness center are obtained through the analysis of documents and author's own investigation at the fitness premises. Title: Marketing research of the perceived value of the sport brand Air Jordan. Objectives: The main aim of the Bachelor thesis is using marketing research to determine how basketball players engaged in the highest Czech competition Kooperativa National Basketball League, perceive and know sports brand Air Jordan. Methods: Method of work is marketing research, which is conducted by written inquiries. Results: The results of the research are interpreted in the practical part of the thesis. The responses show that basketball players in Czech Republic know the brand, logo, country of origin and the first product of Air Jordan, with which the brand entered the market. On the other hand their knowledge is not so profound. Only a third of respondents is aware that the brand Air Jordan was separated from the parent company and operates independently. Air Jordan is seen as a mark of quality, innovation, precision and primarily as a basketball brand. Air Jordan occupies third place among sport brands behind Nike and Adidas. Title: Sport activities among students of primary school and high school in Louny Objectives: Bachelor thesis is about research of sport activities among students of high school and primary school in Louny. The aim of this thesis is to find out in which sports are students engaged and what are the main motivators and bariers in sport. With regard to the local sport situation, we want to find out in which sports are students interested in and alternatively they would like to try it. Methods: Sport activities among students has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was realized in written form. Results: Results of this survey has shown that the level of sport activity among student of high school and primary school is high. Compared to 2010, sport situation has improved. Frequency of doing sport has increased. Despite the particular problems, student are rather satisfied with the local sport situation. Title: Some aspects of volunteer work at floorball events Objectives: Main objectives of this research is to find reasons, which lead volunteers in floorball area to participate repeatedly in volunteering and get information from them, which can be used for making suggestions, that can improve future floorball volunteerism. Other task is to find out conditions which can attract more people from floorball area to participate in volunteering. Methods: Main research method is structured questionnaire, which was distributed electronically. Used qualitative methods, interview and own observation were used to get specifically related information. Results: Results of this thesis help to make suggestions, which would lead to improve organising and conditions for volunteers at floorball events. Another aim of the thesis is to find out how to attract more volunteers. Reasons of the participation in volunteering and satisfaction of volunteers at floorball events are also part of the research. Title: Image of FAT PIPE brand Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is through research to analyze the image of FAT PIPE brand on domestic market, and with reference to results provide suggestions for its improvement. Methods: This thesis uses the method of quantitative research, concretely electronic questioning. The question sheet was posted on a web and Facebook pages of clubs, which are taking part in Czech floorball leagues, with request to spread it among their members. Results: The results of research, which was aimed on image of FAT PIPE brand, show good position on market. Consciousness about FAT PIPE appears as high, while the brand is considered as above-average. On the other hand is rated as common, probably because of high-level competition on the market. Floorball players see its products as quality, while having a higher price than average. Although the brand is considered as well-known, more particular informations are not known among the respendents. FAT PIPE then should aim on improving availability of these informations to improve connection between the brand and the consumer. Title: Research on the perception of Skechers brand product design viewed by generation Y Goals: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to find how generation Y perceives the sports shoes design of Skechers brand. To determine, which design factors are the most important during the selection of a sports shoes. An integral part of the thesis is to choose the most popular types of sports shoes, in the eyes of generation Y and also to find out how they perceive stoles of those shoes and their thallus. Methods: The practical part of this thesis, the marketing research, was conducted via electronic questionnaire, which was distributed using social networks and email. The main part of the questionnaire consists of pictures of Skechers shoes, and also of general questions asking respondents about their perception of sports shoes design. Results: Results of the research will be used not only to evaluate how sports shoes design of the Skechers brand is perceived by generation Y but also ease the choice for specific Czech shoe selling companies when selecting from a new collection of products. Title: Conditions of volunteering in selected sport events Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the area of volunteering in selected sports events. The metodology of work with volunteers is presented specifically in the concrete areas of volunteering management. Using the data from extremely diffrent sports events the characteristics of volunteering in sports are defined. The partial goal of the conclusion is to make recommendations based on the research, which would improve sports volunteering at similar events and make it more effective. Methods: The research itself was carried out by using questionairs filled in by volunteers at the European Athletics Indoor Championships and local orienteering competitions. The complementary method is an interview with the director of orienteering competition. Results: The results of the research reflect the largerly different conditons of organizing the chosen events both in the area of managing the volunteers as well as in other key activities. Dále autor na jednotlivých nástrojích marketingového mixu navrhne možné směry a opatření pro další rozvoj sportovního o této práci byla využita pro získání dostatečného množství potřebných dat navržení konkrétních opatření kvantitativní metoda elektronického dotazníkového šetření pro zákazníky kamenné prodejny a e Dále byly použity kvalitativní metody polostrukturovaného interview s obchodu, nestrukturovaného zúčastněného pozorování a situační analýzy SWOT. Zvolené metody poskytly autorovi získat dostatečné podklady pro navržení konkrétních změn a opatření. NHL and crisis

Title: NHL and crisis Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze crisis of the National Hockey League and to make the economic forecast of the league and chosen clubs. Other goals are to introduce the league, its game system and the way of leading. Then to make an analysis of each crisis which the NHL went through during its history and to identify their causes. Methods: A qualitative and quantitative research, concretely descriptive analysis and the linear regression, which was made by the Microsoft Excel programme and its function TREND, were used in this thesis. Descriptive analysis was used for introduction of the National Hockey League and for definition of the main terms about the topic. The Microsoft function TREND was used for the forecast of the NHL and NHL team's economic situation. Results: Result of this diploma thesis is a summary of the most important terms and facts about the National Hockey League. Also a summary of the NHL crisis and an identification of their reasons. The main reason is that the team owners have completely different interests than the players, which can result to the lockout. The lockouts harm the richest teams and help the poorer ones, sometimes it can even solve them from bankruptcy. The biggest problem has been the high level of player's salary....
