1 Abstrakt Název: Historie a analýza marketingu v NBA Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit a popsat americkou nejvyšší basketbalovou soutěž - NBA, objasnit její historickou organizační strukturu, funkci ve společnosti, praktické fungování a její marketingovou složku. Dále posoudit rostoucí využití cizích hráčů v této soutěži v rámci marketingových aktivit a celkové budoucí strategie organizace. Zjistit trendy způsobu užití marketingových nástrojů, reklamních aktivit, způsobů získávání financí a chod celého ligového systému. Na závěr práce vyjadřuji pomocí SWOT analýzy pozitivní a negativní aspekty pro současné a budoucí fungování celé ligy. Metody: Jedná se o teoretickou práci, která má deskriptivně-analytický charakter. Hlavní metodou je tedy analýza, která je zacílena na shromáždění a studium dokumentů, literárních a webových zdrojů. Následuje sumarizace zjištěných informací a jejich ucelené zpracování. Výsledky: Z analýzy vyplývá, že NBA je jednou z nejpokrokovějších organizací v oblasti sportovního marketingu na světovém trhu sportovních organizací. Její úspěch je především spojený s rozsáhlou komunikací s příznivci a s aktivitami v mnoha oblastech společenského života. Zavedení marketingové strategie v angažování cizinců a jejich využití pro vstup na ostatní světové trhy, se začíná... 1 Abstract Topic: History and marketing analysis of NBA Objectives: The main objective of this work is to intorduce and descibe the highest american basketball league - NBA. Clarify the historical organizational structure, function in society, practical operation and thier marketing component. Another else to further evaluate increasing of foreign players in this organization. Detect trends of using various marketing tools, promotional activities, way of raising finance and operation of entire systém. In conclusion, I express using SWOT analysis of positive and negative aspects for current and future functioning of the entire league. Methods: This thesis is a theoretical paper that has a descriptive and analytical nature, so the main method used is an analysis and study of documents, literature and web sources. The information was analyzed and comprehensively processed. Results: The analysis shows that NBA is one of the most innovative organization in the field of sports marketing in the global market of sports organization. The success is mainly associated with extensive communication with fans and supporters. And with activities in many brands of social lifestyle.
