Comparison of fitness centers in Český Brod based on customer satisfaction

Title: Comparison of fitness centers in Český Brod based on customer satisfaction Objective: The main objective of this study is to compare the quality of services of two fitness centers in Český Brod in terms of customer satisfaction. Namely, they are the fitness center Infinity and the fitness center Natálie. Another objective is to determine, what the factors of customer satisfaction are and which center provides services deemed more satisfactory. A secondary goal is to provide the management of both centers with improvement options leading to greater customer satisfaction. Methods: Primary data was obtained from a Servqual survey provided to the customers at the reception of each fitness center. More data was gathered via a semi structured interview with each fitness center management. Results: The questionnaire survey indicates that the customers are more satisfied with the services of the fitness center Natálie. However, in neither of the fitness centers are the customers satisfied in all areas of research. The last part of this work contains proposed recommendations, which should be addressed by the fitness centers management in order to improve the customer satisfaction with the provided services. Customer Satisfaction with the Services of Pulse Fitness in Benešov

Title: Customer Satisfaction with the Services of Pulse Fitness in Benešov Objectives: The primary aim of this thesis is to ascertain customer satisfaction with the services of Pulse Fitness in Benešov as well as the main factors which reduce the level of customer satisfaction with said services. The results obtained will be employed as the bases for recommended measures, whose implementation in Pulse Fitness should contribute to an increase in the level of customer satisfaction. Moreover, a secondary aim is to adapt the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index to the area of fitness. Methods: In the thesis, the methodology of the European Customer Satisfaction Index is employed. Electronic questioning was applied for the collection of primary data. Results: The resulting values of the European Customer Satisfaction Index indicate that the customers of Pulse Fitness have an above-average satisfaction with the provided services. However, there are a range of factors which the management of Pulse Fitness should address. Specific resommendations are mentioned. Title: Diagnosis of selected competencies of track and field coach of youth Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to diagnose selected competences of a coach of youth athletics and to verify the hypothesis about the connection between performance and the aspiration of coaches. Methods: The thesis used qualitative methods of research and psychological testing. The qualitative methods used were testing, observation and research. Psychological testing was in the form of TATSO test. Finally, the statistical method F-test was used Results: The results of the work will be a useful source of information for the Czech Athletic Association in the development of curricula for trainers and will also be an indicator for athletic clubs, which organize youth trainers. Title: Marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov on the basis of quantitative and qualitative research and to propose specific changes that will lead to its improvement. Methods: In this thesis the method of quantitative and qualitative research was used. The quantitative research was in the form of electronic surveys. Respondents mainly evaluated their satisfaction with the marketing communication of HC Baník Sokolov and answered questions about what they would like to improve in the club. The qualitative research was conducted in the form of detail interview with Karel Mlejnek, the sports manager of the club, who helped to get more into the club's problems. Results: Based on the evaluation it was found that the current state of marketing communication HC Baník Sokolov is at a very good level, compared to other semi-professional clubs. The analysis of marketing communication also found that the club has problems with the ice rink and cooperation with more advantageous potential partners. Title: Customer satisfaction with the services of Squashpark Cibulka Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to determine customer's satisfaction with the services in the Squashpark Cibulka. The second goal is to propose the recommendations of improvement that squashpark can perform. Methods: In my thesis, I use two methods of quantitative research. These two methods are questioning in writing and personal questioning. The first one is customer-oriented where customers evaluate the aspects that were chosen by me, by management of this squashpark and by my supervisor of bachelor's thesis. Personal questioning is performed with the employer of squashpark. She is supposed to guess what the most frequent answer by the customers is. To the research, I also add my subjective observation during the questioning. Results: Based on the research, I could determine some imperfections that this squashpark has. The biggest problems are regarded to health club (gym) and purity in whole squashpark. On the other hand, I found also very positive aspects, for instance the behaviour of squashpark staff is evaluated very well. Title of Study: Research for brand identity Fit&Body Thesis Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is designing a definite sample of brand for studio, which offers massages and activities, wich are destinguished from the competion. Additionaly to that, the bachelor thesis sheds a light on competition analysis, analysis of the brand Fit&Body, conducting interviews with studio's clients, experts on branding and marketing and subsequent implementation of the findings into the process of building the brand based on the conducted research. Methods: In order to be reached the ultimate goal of the bachelor thesis the following methods have been applied:  analysis of competition brands,  analysis of building the brand Fit&Body,  in-depth interviews. Thesis Results: Based on the interviews with clients and the experts, some of the brand features have been changed. The brand name has remained Fit&Body as well as the font. The original slogan "Aby záda nebolela." has been replaced by a new one: "Pro zdravá záda.". And only partially has been modified the logo. Title: Marketing research of customers satisfaction in In Motion Academy Objectives: The goal of my bachelor thesis is to find out customer satisfaction through marketing research in In Motion Academy. Research will focus on all available services in the facility, customers can make suggestions to improvement and also all the other aspects of the customer satisfaction will be included, for example transportation, facility environment etc. Methods: To determine customer satisfaction, quantitative research was conducted through electronic queries. Questionnaire was created with cooperation with management of the In Motion Academy and was distributed through customers e-mail database. The questionnaire is very comprehensive because of substantial research of individual services. Results: The results show that In Motion Academy customers are very satisfied. Regardless, the research revealed some shortcomings in individual services. Respondents' complains was most often concentrated on overcrowding of individual trainings or the lack of consistency of some trainers. Title: Marketing Customer Satisfaction Research in chosen company Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out, by means of marketing research, the customer satisfaction with the 20min Fitness services offered. The opinions and comments received served for working out a proposal to improve the services offered. The proposal will be presented to the management of 20min Fitness. Methods: Quantitative research in the form of written and electronic questioning was conducted to determine the customer satisfaction. Results: The results of the research are shown by using graphs and tables in the analytical part. Marketing of the Prague streetball league

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing concept of Prague Streetball League and its marketing goals. For processing the analysis, we used 7P marketing mix, SWOT analysis and questioning of players to find out their attitudes to the league. Based on the results of the analysis, we will attempt to propose steps to marketing activity. We will try to recommend how to use marketing strategies to expand the number of teams in the Prague Streetball League and how to improve the competition as the whole to satisfy players and leadership. First, we have compiled a SWOT analysis on our own knowledge. After the season we got answers from 10 players from 8 teams. Based on the SWOT analysis, marketing mix and player's answers, we found out what needs to be reviewed and reorganized in the Prague Streetball League. The most important points that need to be reorganized are rules and quality of the pitch and baskets. Furthermore, the appearance, clarity and complexity of websites, that might discourage potential players and at the same time to spread the promotion to different media.
Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko

Title: Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a real basis for the organization of the unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics, to find out the interest of the clubs from the Czech Republic for this competition and to describe the organizational strategy for the implementation of the competition. Methods: To obtain the necessary information for this thesis an electronic questionnaire was created. Interviews method and SWOT analysis were also used. Results: Based on the questionnaire, interviews, SWOT analysis and study of organizational strategy by various authors, an organizational strategy for the organization of a unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics was written. After the end of the event, the organizational strategy was evaluated, feedback was obtained from participants and visitors, and recommendations for the competition were written for coming years.
