Název: Diagnostika vybraných kompetencí trenéra mládeže v atletice Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je diagnostikovat vybrané kompetence trenéra atletiky mládeže a ověřit hypotézu o souvislosti výkonosti a výše aspirace trenérů. Metody: V práci byly použity kvalitativní metody výzkumu a psychologické testování. Z kvalitativních metod bylo použito testování, pozorování a rešerše. Psychologické testování bylo v podobě TATSO testu. Na závěr byla použita statistická metoda F-test. Výsledky: Výsledky práce budou přínosným zdrojem informací pro Český atletický svaz při sestavování osnov na školení trenérů a také budou ukazatelem pro atletické oddíly, které organizují mládežnické trenéry. Methods: The thesis used qualitative methods of research and psychological testing. The qualitative methods used were testing, observation and research. Psychological testing was in the form of TATSO test. Finally, the statistical method F-test was used Results: The results of the work will be a useful source of information for the Czech Athletic Association in the development of curricula for trainers and will also be an indicator for athletic clubs, which organize youth trainers.
