The Morava River and its influence on the development of the town of Uherské Hradiště
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Tichý, Jan (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis maps the development of the Morava river and the origin and development of the town of Uherské Hradiště. It also deals with the regulation of the river and the development of parts of the city that arose after the regulation. There are also described floods on the Morava river and Olšava and then also the flood of 1997, which hit Uherské Hradiště. Related to this is the subsequent description of flood control measures. The last chapter suggests how the river can be connected with the city today.
Restoration of the watercourse with connection to the urban recreation zone
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Zedník, Ondřej (referee) ; Hyánková, Eva (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a revitalization measure for the water course of Březnice with involvement in the urban area of the village of Březolupy. In the theoretical part, describes the revitalization of watercourses, their integration into the ÚSES, principles of revitalization and hydroecological monitoring of water streams according to the HEM 2014 methodology are described. In the practical part, an analysis of the area and hydromorphological monitoring is carried out on the selected locality, and subsequently, conceptual revitalization measures are proposed in two sections, in the urban area and surroundings of the village. Finally, an evaluation of possible revitalizations is carried out.
Learning with Regularization Networks
Kudová, Petra ; Neruda, Roman (advisor) ; Andrejková, Gabriela (referee) ; Hlaváčková-Schindler, Kateřina (referee)
In this work we study and develop learning algorithms for networks based on regularization theory. In particular, we focus on learning possibilities for a family of regularization networks and radial basis function networks (RBF networks). The framework above the basic algorithm derived from theory is designed. It includes an estimation of a regularization parameter and a kernel function by minimization of cross-validation error. Two composite types of kernel functions are proposed - a sum kernel and a product kernel - in order to deal with heterogenous or large data. Three learning approaches for the RBF networks - the gradient learning, three-step learning, and genetic learning - are discussed. Based on the se, two hybrid approaches are proposed - the four-step learning and the hybrid genetic learning. All learning algorithms for the regularization networks and the RBF networks are studied experimentally and thoroughly compared. We claim that the regularization networks and the RBF networks are comparable in terms of generalization error, but they differ with respect to their model complexity. The regularization network approach usually leads to solutions with higher number of base units, thus, the RBF networks can be used as a 'cheaper' alternative in terms of model size and learning time.

The institut of administration In Czech and English law and its application in practice
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Pohl, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macková, Alena (referee)
The main goal of this thesis called "The institute of administration in Czech and English law and its application in practice" is to provide an overview of insolvency administration, its regulation and practical application in the Czech Republic and in England, to verify the hypothesis that administration, as a rescue solution for insolvency of companies, is, in comparison with the situation in England, being used insufficiently in the Czech Republic and its success rate is also low, as well as concluding, what is the reason of this situation. This goal has been fulfilled in four chapters. The first chapter contains the general definition of administration, its position in the system of insolvency law as well as an overview of its historical development. In the second chapter is described the practical usage of this legal institute in the Czech Republic, and this is done through an analysis of applicable law regarding administration but also insolvency proceedings as a whole, as well as analysis of available data regarding the application of administration, probability of its usage as well as positive outcome, in practice. The same is done for England in the third chapter, so the hypothesis can be validated and its causes analysed in the fourth chapter. As a result, the hypothesis has been proven....
Behavioral and emotional disorders in the context of school and social consequences for the first grade of elementary school pupil
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Veselá, Věra (advisor) ; Šotolová, Eva (referee)
Behavioral and emotional disorders in the context of school and social consequences for the first grade of elementary school pupil. Abstract: This dissertation dealt with the issue of behavioral disorders with children in younger school age. Its main goal was to ascertine the extent of the behavioral disorders of pupils in the first grade of primary school from the teachers perspective and to find out which symptoms of behavioural disorders are the most frequently manifested by pupils in several elementary schools in Prague. Then to analyze the impact of these symptoms or rather behavior disorder on school results, peer relations and relational attitudes of teachers to pupils with behavioral disorders. The final aim was to find out and assess the cooperation between school and the family. Also interest and willingness of the family to collaborate on potentional correction or educational measures proposed by school. This dissertation is entirely practical because it presents a real pedagogical background and its only respondents were the class teachers, which were supposed to know the relations in the classroom. The theoretical part describes by using a specialized sources at first beavioral disorders that have educationnally, socially or personality conditioned basis, but also disorders for whose cause is...
Woman from the view of the Old and New Testament
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Heryán, Ladislav (advisor) ; Jančařík, Zdeněk (referee)
The thesis is a survey of the social and religious status of the woman in the times written about in the Old and New Testaments. It is a description of everyday life customs, traditions, regulations and habits of women in that time. I compare the Old Testament perception of the woman and how it changed in the years later. I am trying to describe revolutionary ideas and life of Jesus Christ in comparison to one of his follower Paul of Tars. The theses is divided into separate chapters and parts. I have drawn on many commentaries and passages which I have made use of for the presentation. I have also exploited some resources on the Internet. My thesis supervisor helped me to adjust and tune it all up. While looking for ideas and topics, I have found out that there has been a lot written on the given theme. Nevertheless, it is interesting to find answers to many of my questions. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The forced displacement in memories of Czech Germans
Hlaváčková, Kateřina ; Kreisslová, Sandra (advisor) ; Martin, Martin (referee)
The topic of this thesis is the forced displacement of the oldest generation of Czech Germans; i.e. current Czech citizens with German or Czech-German origin. These people stayed for various reasons in Czechoslovakia despite the forced resettlement of more than three millions German-speaking people. By the means of analysis of biographical narrations this thesis shows whether and in which way the resettlement is present in memories of this generation. Besides, it scrutinizes the significance of this event for the generation in question and its memories. By the means of analysis and interpretation of the gathered narratives, the common features as well as differences are revealed.
