Use of free time and free time activities of secondary school pupils in Chomutov

1 ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis "Leisure time activities and leisure activities of secondary school students in Chomutov" deals with the leisure time of children and youth from the Chomutov region and maps the issue of their leisure activities. The theoretical part deals with the definition of leisure time and its historical concept, various views on leisure time, the functions that this time has and the factors that affect leisure time. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with education in leisure time and its functions, education outside teaching and school leisure facilities, including subjects of leisure activities, which is located in the town of Chomutov. Attention is also focused on the issue of risky behavior that threatens today's youth and whether it is possible to eliminate these phenomena in some way or partially prevent them. The next part of this work also describes social networks that have a significant impact on leisure time. The aim of this work is to find out how high school students in Chomutov use their free time, whether they are satisfied with the content and amount of their free time, how they engage in leisure activities and whether they use some leisure facilities that the city of Chomutov offers. A questionnaire survey was used to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities of a form master at a contemporary lower secondary school

The diploma thesis deals with the definition of the responsibilities of a form master at a lower secondary school. The aim is to describe which activities should constitute the responsibilities of a form master at a lower secondary school, which activities form masters actually carry out, how their responsibilities are defined, and the way the form masters are informed about what they are expected to do. The theoretical part provides an overview of what can be found about form masters' work and their responsibilities in the specialized literature. In the practical part, documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech School Inspectorate were scrutinised using the method document analysis. The analysis has shown that these documents do not contain any lucid definition of a form master and nor do they provide any list of their responsibilities. The second research method used in this thesis is a structured interview with four form masters working at different lower secondary schools. The interviews helped to find out what responsibilities these four form masters have to carry out and how they were informed about them. Cílem mé práce je návrh upraveného výukového postupu pro praktické vyučování oboru Kuchařské práce, tematického celku "Polévky", pro žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Návrh byl ověřen, praktická část zahrnuje zkušenosti s konkrétní skupinou žáků a doporučení do praxe. Teoretická část práce krátce představí E obor - Kuchařské práce pro žáky se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a charakterizuje vzdělávání žáků s poruchami učení. Práce popisuje inkluzívní vzdělávání žáků, didaktiku, postupy a metody výuky, které vedou k podpoře vzdělávání v těchto oborech. Cílem práce je tvorba výukového materiálu v rámci praktického vyučování, pro žáky s LMP, ADHD a výchovnými problémy tak, aby s individuálním přístupem, formami a metodami výuky, žáci dosáhli co nevyšších studijních úspěchů. Práce také nabízí zjištění, které metody a formy práce s dětmi s postižením nejefektivněji napomáhají získání profesionální úrovně, která žákům přispěje k uplatnění na trhu práce.
