Transfers of Churches to Non-Ecclesiastical Subjects

Transfers of Churches to Non-Ecclesiastical Subjects The thesis deals with the issue of unused Roman Catholic churches, specifically with the reasons and circumstances which result in transferring the churches' ownership to non-ecclesiastical subjects. The author presents a brief outline of historical and social context of this phenomenon, she submits comparison of this term's legislation under a canonical and secular law. At the same time she states requirements for a valid church transfer; she elucidates the approval process of the transfer, she gives her opinion of the transfer agreement's requirements. The author also pronounces upon a number of aspects influencing the transfers; she gives particular recommendations to improve the contracting process as well as to the Church's approach to this phenomenon. The considerations of the church buildings are not taken in as an expression of the Church's resignation to fulfil its mission. Housework within same-sex couples

The aim of this diploma thesis was to provide the insight into the issue of housework among same-sex couples from their perspective. The research was conducted in sense of feminist perspective, which main considered advantages are increased reflexivity in relation to power at all stages of research and more space for the perspective of participators themselves. As a basic technique for data collection semi-structured dyadic interviews with each partner of the couple separately were used, they focused on their individual construction of reality in the context of housework among these couples, but also on participants' thoughts about housework in general. Three lesbian and two gay couples participated in this research. The analysis shows that there prevails egalitarian gender ideology in the context of housework which corresponds to the egalitarian view of the division of housework among same-sex couples in minds of the participants. The division of housework within the participating same- sex couples was mainly governed by the principle of fairness of the distribution, which consists of an equal division of household chores and is affected by personal preferences and previous experience in performing household chores. Formation of disabled people collective identity in media and its gender aspects

In context of Czech lands postsocialist transformation changes the diploma thesis examines ways in which collective identity of disabled people was formed in the first part of the nineties. The topic is approached with interest in gender aspects of such formation and through content of two specialized Czech magazines for disabled people - Elán and Vozíčkář. The thesis pursues also history of both magazines in context of the organizations which which were editing them - Union for invalids (Svaz invalidů) and League for wheelchair users rights (Liga za práva vozíčkářů). For the historical context of both magazines I draw also from semi-structured interviews which I conducted with two former journalists of these magazines. In the Theoretical part I summarize how the view on impairment has been formed in the history defining also the medical, social and cultural model. I also describe rise of disabled people movement in both USA and Eastern/Central European context. The topic of my thesis is approached from the perspective of Disabilty Studies which defines impairment and disability as cultural constructs. Through the Labyrinth of Knowledge: The Effect of Discourse of Feminism in the National Library of Czech Republic

The aim of this submitted thesis is to describe the efect of knowledge concerning discourse of feminism in Czech National Library as being produced according to cataloquing policy based on Universal Decimal Classification. By using Michel Foucault's archaeology and genealogy this thesis maps, which conditions of possibility of origin of this effect are, how this effect is produced and what sort of this actuality of discourse of feminism is as per to monographs accessible in Czech language under the key word "feminism".
Kindergarten teacher ´s opinions to integration of disabled children to classes of common type based on their experiences

The bachelor thesis focuses on opinions of preschool teachers concerning inclusion of disabled children in ordinary classes, based on their experience. It also examines if the teachers are ready for the inclusion and if their decision on inclusion depends on type of the specific child's disability. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether teachers who already got acquainted with inclusion of disabled children in ordinary classes have different opinions of this topic than teachers who have not learnt experience in this field yet. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis explains the term of inclusion, describes preparation of individual education programs and classifies individual disciplines of special pedagogy. In the practical part, the research combines the qualitative method of interviews with the quantitative method of surveys. The qualitative method was applied during the pre-research phase. The replies of interviewees became a basis for preparation of the quantitative method material, a questionnaire submitted to 105 respondents.

Bachelor thesis titled Use of plants containing essential oils in food is engaged in plant species whose main ingredient is essential oil. There are described methods for isolation of essential oils from plants, their chemical composition, methods of use and also the history of their collection and use. The sources of the essential oils, the most commonly used in food are plants of the families Lamiaceae and Apiaceae. Into these families are classified most of the species, which are used as green herbs. The practical part is evaluated following species: basil (Ocimum basilicum), marjoram (Origanum majorana, syn. Majorana hortensis), and parsley (Petroselinum crispum). Determine the dried ratio and essential oil content in individual categories, which were obtained from two sources: 1. purchased in supermarkets (for comparability always from the same producer) 2. grown on an experimental land. Significantly better results were achieved in plants grown in experimental land.
Personal marketing of large companies

This diploma thesis is focused on application of marketing instruments in personal management of large companies. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. There are basic principles of functioning of personal marketing described in the theoretical part. Practical part is also divided into two parts -- in first of them there are comparated some personal marketing activities of large companies on czech personal market. In the second part there is the evaluation of questionnaire, which should demonstrate how marketing activities of personal managers meet the requirements of potential, or current employees, or what personal managers have to focuse on.
The system of IPR protection in China: Issues and economic impacts

The diploma thesis deals with the issues and economic impacts of the system of Intellectual Property Rights protection in China. The work is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical framework of the system of Intellectual Property Rights is explained in the first part of the diploma thesis. It is focused on the detailed analysis of the most important types of Intellectual Property Rights, that can be found in People's Republic of China. Different ways how to protect our rights in this area are also covered in this section. The second part describes the current situation in China and compares it with some developed countries. The third part at the beginning try to find the connections between IPR system and economic growth. Then it describes the process of the implications of IPR system on the Growth of Chinese Economy and in conclusion explains the strategic importance of Intellectual Property Rights system in chinese economic growth.
