This master's thesis is dealing with alternate form of financing – factoring and its benefits for the company. Theoretic part explains the basics of factoring, its types, advantages and disadvantages. Practical part displays the influence of factoring by help of financial analysis on specific company – how factoring helped to improve financial situation. Next the costs of factoring are compared with bank overdraft. At the end of thesis is defined recommendation to continue with factoring.

The topic of thesis is motivation of experienced employees toward to starting own business. The purpose is to identify the attitudes of respondents to leave their job and decide to start own business within push-pull theory. Research is carried out on the basis of questionnaire which is divided into three parts. Results of thesis will be suggestions for companies to reduce workers leaving the job depending on push factors.

Efektivita propagace sportovní události sportovní událostí

Diploma thesis brings an insights into the organization of sports event Prague Riverside cross in Prague, which should showcase canoe slalom just before the ICF Canoe slalom World cup Prague 2015 and also bring the people to this main event. Diploma thesis will present specifics of event promotion by another event and it will focus on the effectiveness of such promotion on a specific example. The aim of the work is based on analyzes of the organization of sports events and based on the analysis of visitors and a general sense of awareness and evaluate the effectiveness of event promotion, recommend suitable proposals for future propagation in this way and finally draw attention to inappropriate solutions and risk of this kind of promotion. Work compares the situation before using the promotion of events and after the introduction of this method. The results will be reached by using questionnaire methods, financial analysis and comparison of statistical data.
The Perception of MOGUL Automotive Oils in the Czech Republic

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the perception of motor oils MOGUL on the given segment in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are listed basic definitions of a marketing mix, the product policy, the brand and its function, as well as performing research of the brand. In the practical section is described the main characteristics of Paramo, the evaluation of work with the brand MOGUL and especially the research of the brand itself. Realized research is done by questionnaires and structured interviews. The evaluation of results with proposing of possible subsequent solutions leading to the elimination of identified shortages is performed at the end.
