Multifunctional Building Brno
Lacinová, Michaela ; Drobníček, Ladislav (referee) ; Menšíková, Naděžda (advisor) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
The main aim of this work is the solution of a new multifunctional building in Brno-Líšeň. Terraced building is designed on the hillside between the Novolíšeňská street and the street of Josefa Faimonova. Transportation is connected to the Novolíšeňská street. Very sloping terrain was decisive in terms of view on the city part Brno-Líšeň. Another key element which influenced the design is construction of the residential area – attic containers of INTECON company. These attic containers form 8 dwelling units of different sizes. Multifunctional building is a three storey building with two storeys of apartments and a ground floor with polyfunctional space. This space is formed by two stores, café, rental area, underground car park, cellarage for the residential part and technical facilities for the whole property. An important element of the facade of residential and polyfunctional part is significant glazing. In the residential part it is formed by large windows with French doors that lead to the terraces of particular apartments. In the polyfunctional part it is formed by stores glassed shop windows and the cafés glazing. Multifunctional building is designed like a connection of traditional material and new technologies that together represents the essence of modern architecture.
Favorite Brno / cycling / track stadium bikrosová architectural study design
Lacinová, Michaela ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor)
The diploma thesis was preceded with the specification of specialised atelier TG02 of which the purpose was to prepare an urbanistic study of sport area Hněvkovského territory that is found in the municipal district Brno - Komárov. The urbanistic design was aimed to create an important territory for sport professional as well as relax activities. The specification included also the design of current BMX area and creation of background for sportsmen as well as visitors. The diploma thesis that deals with the building of cycling stadium in form of a study links to this theme. The stadium is situated in the North-East part of the areas, near Hněvkovského road. The design regards sufficient scattering surfaces around the building, simple orientation in the building´s surroundings as well as in the building itself is emphasised. Its glass façade is an important expression element of the building as well as the video mapping systems proposed for projection and lighting of this façade. The attractiveness of the whole area is underlined with parking areas, refreshment point of current cycling track and new area of sport activities (dirt park, ball games).
CNV detection in bacterial genomes
Lacinová, Michaela ; Sedlář, Karel (referee) ; Škutková, Helena (advisor)
This master thesis deals with analysis of structural variation of genome and with methods of its sequencing across all generations. Subsequently it contains a description of copy number variation and methods of its detection. The experimental part focuses on algorithm proposal for CNV detection according analysis and testing of uneven coverage in genome, variable representation of GC content and distance of sequence reads. Finally, the algorithm for detecting copy number variation is tested on genomic data of bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Sleep stage classification
Lacinová, Michaela ; Smital, Lukáš (referee) ; Králík, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of polysomnography and its methods of measurement in electroencephalography, electromyography and electrooculography in the first part. It comprises an analysis of sleep stages recommended by the AASM. Polysomnographic data are further analysed in the domains of time and frequency, which are evaluated separately. In the second part the data are classified into particular classes using methods of decision trees and k-nearest neighbours in the MATLAB programming environment. These data are evaluated and compared with available literature.
