Design of monitoring system for waterworks

In this work I am trying to find a solution how to design a monitoring system for waterworks, namely for the dam Hracholusky. It includes a schedule of measured values, the way of collecting data to the PLC system with the inclusion of PLC configuration and sorts of communication between between equipments, preparing data for PC, which sort them and prepare them for the next aplication.

Changes in working abilities in a patient of productive age after total arthroplasty of weight-bearing supporting joint of the lower limb

Total lower limb endoprosthesis was originally indicated in elderly patients, as the fear of wear and tear was ingrained in younger, more active patients. Nowadays, with advances in implant design and surgical technology, it has become a viable option for patients of productive age who are reducing pain in all aspects of life. The aim of this work is to evaluate the changes in working abilities in patients of productive age after total endoprosthesis of the lower limb, and to map the possibilities of physiotherapy that will be beneficial for returning to working life. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the hip and knee joint with their interconnection, types of total hip arthroplasty, its indications and contraindications. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the division of rehabilitation before and after implantation of a total endoprosthesis and other physiotherapeutic procedures. The term "work skills" and their changes are defined. The practical part is based on case reports of patients who are in different time horizons from TEP of the hip joint. A detailed initial kinesiological analysis was created with three probands together with therapy, short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, final kinesiological analysis. A kinesiological analysis is created retrospectively with three other probands. The case studies are supplemented by a questionnaire. The results reflect the positive effect of physiotherapy on health status and changes in working abilities after total hip arthroplasty.

Goniometric functions and their inverses

This bachelor thesis shows four basic ways how to introduce trigonometric and cyclometric functions. The work is primarily intended for high school students who have encountered some of these introductions at school. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to show comprehensive definitions of trigonometric functions and cyklometric functions according to various methods and to present their basic properties. The aim of the work is also to show the difference and transition between introductions and their equivalence.

Application of an interactive whiteboard for physics education

In terms of my master thesis I accomplished a partial research of information about using interactive whiteboard at school in the Czech Republic and abroad. I described the use of modern technologies and interactive whiteboards in the classes. I compiled my own experience and knowledge obtained during the visitation classes using an interactive board. Part of the evaluation was a questionnaire lled out by students. In the questionnaire, I examined their opinions of the bene ts of working with the interactive whiteboard in classes. In my thesis I focus on the ACTIVboard interactive whiteboard. I described the basic functionality of the ACTIVstudio application and created sample demonstration workbooks intended for teaching physics. The demonstration workbooks has been divided into three categories according to the way of using and describing their properties in detail. In the conclusion the results and future prospects of my work are summarized. The appendix contains three demonstration workbooks in text format. All created demonstration workbooks and templates for solving the physics problems and the text of the thesis are attached in electronic format on the enclosed CD-ROM.

Problems of rating disorders from the perspective of pedagogice workers

The bachelor thesis focuses on eating disorders and their prevention in school facilities. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the information about eating disorders obtained from the literature, which is related to the issue in order to provide a comprehensive idea of this serious disease. It therefore includes diagnosis, prevalence and incidence in the Czech Republic, etiology, health complications, therapy and prevention of this risky behavior. The practical part is based on a research survey at the elementary schools in Prague using the method of a questionnaire survey among teachers and interviews with prevention methodologies. The aim of the research is to find out how the issue of eating disorders is currently perceived by the teachers themselves and how they evaluate the prevention of eating disorders implemented at their school. The evaluated results show that eating disorders are rather a marginal topic of prevention in school facilities. Although the respondents themselves consider this issue to be topical. The first chapter is devoted to essential information about lasers, mechanism of laser-tissue interactions, suitable indications, and contraindications. The second chapter focuses on acupuncture, a brief description of the basic principles and techniques of execution. Media portrayal of candidates in the 2016 United States presidential election

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of 2016 US presidential election. More specifically, it focuses on media portrait of candidates nominated by the Democratic and Republican parties, ie. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. It describes their road to becoming nominees and their respective presidential campaigns, explains the history of media bias in the United States and then connects those two topics. It describes specific differences in media coverage of Clinton and Trump during their 2016 presidential campaigns. It also deals with the topic of political polarization and what role do media play in it. The thesis chooses two TV shows with audiences on the opposite sides of a political spectrum as a specific example of what can liberal or conservative bias look like. It tries to answer the question, whether and why is Sean Hannity's conservative bias stronger than liberal bias in the case of Rachel Maddow.The paper concludes that Hannity's show goes beyond bias, demonstrates this fact with examples and therefore answers the research question in the affirmative. A summative approach to qualitative content analysis is used to answer the research question. Topic Analysis of competition reports step aerobics "Žij pohybem 2015" Objective The aim of the work is based on theoretical knowledge and the 4 important criteria find out the development trends for future seasons in this category. Methods For achieving the goal of my thesis I used the method of analysis. By watching the videos footage repeatedly, I decided to analyze three different competition line - ups of the event "Žij pohybem 2015" in category Step teams. Each set was evaluated based on 4 categories - technical parameters, esthetic parameters "A", esthetic parameters "B" and content parameters of the set. Conclusion The finding is the possible development trends in the competition Live motion based on an analysis of three competing sets category Step teams.
