Current trends in the airline industry

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe current technological trends in the airline industry and outline the expected future development in the aviation sector. The introduction starts with brief overview of aviation history followed by short depiction of a modern age aircraft. The next chapter deals with green technology and sustainability of aviation with focus on 3D printing, alternative jet fuel and two types of modern engines- Leap engine by CFM and geared turbofan by Pratt&Whitney. Third chapter about safety technology covers Ground Proximity Warning System, runway sensors and automation with focus on Fly-by-wire control system. The following chapter focuses on current changes in maintenance technology regarding the growth of Internet of Things. In the last chapter, the reader is introduced to the expected future development of aviation.
Interaction design with regards to the end user

This thesis focuses on user interfaces, methods connected with their design and the interaction between humans and computers. The goal is to codify and explore the most important of these methods and their influence on final products. Another goal is to describe the theoretical side of design and the approach of designers and users to design and interaction. In the part focused on the user interfaces the thesis sets the goal to research and compare select approaches to interface creation and to list the most important influences on demands concerning the application interface design.
Negative impacts of the Internet on human society and communication

At present, it is possible to speak of the Internet as one of the most significant inventions of humanity. The Internet is not only a worldwide system of integrated computer networks where a huge amount of various information is stored. It is a whole virtual world. The Internet is used almost in all spheres of human activities – home (Smart Home usage), communication, education, transportation system, etc. With the emergence of the Internet human life became easier. Carrying a huge amount of advantages, this invention, however, also possesses certain disadvantages that affect human life. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine the main negative impacts of the Internet on human society and communication. This thesis discusses the Internet phenomena that affect society in the most negative way. Also, the thesis analyses the Internet as a communication channel. It deals with the influence of the Internet on the language system, and with the impact of impunity on communication. The information was gathered by studying literature and conducting the research in the fields connected with the topic of this thesis.
Negative impact of Smart Cities on human society

The concept of Smart cities is predicted to be a future model of human dwelling. The main task of this work is to determine the role of Smart City’s key components in order to estimate whether a smart technology always brings comfort and encompasses the area where people feel safe. In my bachelor thesis, I am going to present the concept of Smart City, by analysing and considering different definitions. In addition, it was important to include the chapter dedicated to the history of the term in order to trace its appearance and understand the reasons for the concept invention. Later in the thesis, I add key components and factors that influence the scientific perception of this term, in order to understand the concept Smart Cities and the way of its negative influence. The description of the main disadvantages of the Smart City realisation is presented in last two chapters of my work, where I provide the detailed description of the existing problems, representative examples, and reasons for their occurrence.
Renewable energy sources from oceans

Renewable resources are nowadays a serious topic in terms of ecology and energy savings. Renewable resources, wave technologies, wave converters, tidal technologies, tidal power plantsThe dominant producers of clean energy are hydro, wind and solar power plants, however, this paper deals with a less covered type and that is the ocean energy. The efficient harness of energy using ocean power can be distinguished into a wave and tidal technologies. However, this paper covers the background of renewable resources and their worldwide production of electricity, as well as the function of wave and tidal power plants. The result is a summarization of information about wave and tidal converters in order to increase the awareness of this form of utilization of ocean energy.
ICT in language education in Universities

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a search for suitable and high-quality software tools that can be used as a support element in language education in universities. The search also focused on software solutions that can also be used as a partial or complex replacement for classroom-based teaching. The thesis introduces the topic, definition and basic division of language learning software and software search with their detailed description.
The impact of mobile phone technology on Africa

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the impact of mobile phone technology on Africa. The aim of the thesis is to determine the most influential mobile technologies and their impact on Africa. The first part of the thesis focuses on mobile phone technologies. In chapter delating with cell phones will also be described as applications for smartphones that contribute to the impact on Africa. In the second part, the social impact will be determined in two parts consisting of the impact on education and health, where will be described different aspects of each impact. In the third part, there will be described impact on economy and banking.
The Juno Mission to Jupiter

The semestral thesis focuses on the exploration of the planet Jupiter by the Juno spacecraft. In this paper are outlined missions to Jupiter prior the Juno with the goals they achieved. Then the work focuses solely on the Juno mission, whose goal is to understand the origin and formation of Jupiter. Furthermore, is described mission timeline since launch to the mission deorbit. Following with the description of the spacecraft construction design and the various subsystem, along with the nine instruments implemented for the planet’s investigation. are described and comment preliminary results of the Juno mission.
Game Development Process

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the game development process and everything that is needed to create a successful video game. The first part of the thesis distinguishes all the various roles in a development team and provides context to them. The second part analyzes the timeline and goals for different stages of video game production, while also assessing the positives and negatives of working with a Publisher. Certification and rating processes are also considered. The third and final part offers a look behind the scenes of game development, through an interview with a game developer.
Information and Communication Technology and Brexit Referendum

The aim of this work to describe Information and Communication Technologies used in the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum. This thesis provides a description of referendums in the UK. Following is the general description of Information and Communication Technologies. The role of AggregateIQ in the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum is explained. The description of the combination of Big Data and Psychographics is provided, additionally, their role in the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum.is explained. Furthermore, the possible effect of the Information and Communication Technologies on later democratic elections is discussed.
