Evaluation and remuneration in the shop

The bachelor thesis is about the system for evaluating and rewarding employees in the field of trade. Within the theoretical part, assessment, its types, principles and procedures are defined. It also defines the remuneration, options and ways of remuneration and theoretical knowledge relating to this subject from which it continues to be drawn in the processing of the practical part. In addition to theoretical information, the practical part is based on its questionnaire investigation, which anonymously examined the terms and conditions relating to the evaluation and remuneration of employees in shops with different orientations. Finally, the evaluation of the research is enriched with its recommendation drawn up based on the identified shortcomings.

B2B selling - evolution of the role of the sales representatives

The aim of the thesis is to identify the specifics and development of the role of the sales representative in the selected company and to propose measures in the context of the market situation. The basis of the role of the sales representative does not change, but the market and its requirements do. The thesis summarizes sales concepts and their use, the opinions of experts on the discussed topic and explains the basic concepts in sales in B2B markets and its specifics. The research is based on the opinions of experts in sales in the electrical installation market from the company Schneider Electric CZ, s.r.o., which are obtained through a questionnaire survey. The obtained data are subsequently interpreted and statistically verified using chi-square and t-test methods, which led to the acceptance of all the stated hypotheses at the level of statistical significance of 0.05. The results of the research are discussed, where emphasis is placed on the comparison of the research results and the claims of experts in the field, or authors from the review of the issue addressed. The discussion concludes with suggestions for action, which take the form of communication strategy development, regular customer contact, technology integration, employee training and regular market research.

Triangular trade

This work focuses on the legal regulation of triangular trade. It examines breaches of the terms of these transactions, mainly in relation to value added tax, and how effective the enforcement of sanctions is under the European Union rules and if this type of trade is sufficiently legally treated from the point of view of the European Union law and within two Member States, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Furthermore, the work shows how the triangular trade is reflected in the accounting of individual stakeholders and in the financial statements it examines what effect it has on the company - whether it pays to conduct a triangular trade or not. The results are obtained through example a fictional companies that deals with this type of trade. And finally how trade between the European Union and Great Britain developed after Brexit.

Competitiveness of a consumer co-operative's store

Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit a porovnat celkovou konkurenceschopnost a pozici vybrané společnosti na trhu v určité oblasti. K této analýze byly vybrány jednotlivé prodejny spotřebního družstva, a to konkrétně jednoty COOP v porovnání s hypermarkety Kaunfland, Albert a Lídl. Konkurenceschopnost jednotlivých společností je porovnávána v oblasti Jižních čech, přesněji v Jindřichově Hradci. V první části této práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska a základní problematika, která se vztahuje k problému konkurenční schopnosti prodejny. Na základě těchto východisek je zpracovaná analýza, která nám objasní, jak se na tom prodejna stojí. Pro optimální zjištění nejlepšího výsledku budou námi potřebná data získávána přímo od zaměstnanců a majitelů poboček. V celkové analýze nechybí ani názor zákazníků a jejich spokojenost s nákupem. Po zanalyzování a vyhodnocení jsou v praktické části navržena opatření, která mohou zlepšit konkurenční schopnost dané prodejny.

Terrestrial bromeliads (\kur{Bromeliaceae}) as an object of hobby growing and trade

Plants of the family Bromeliaceae are most often found as epiphytes plants with roots outside soil, growing on other plants, but not parasitizing on them or terrestrial plants plants with roots in soil. These are collection plants with remarkable blossoms and leaves, or attractive by being exotic, and some species are rare. This work is focused on terrestrial bromeliads, as the object of hobby cultivation and as a trade item. The purpose of this work is to find how this family is doing on the Czech market, in the form of seeds and grown plants. The Research is focused on the variety of offer, price and interest in the plants. The practical part of the work took place in the garden centres and plants stores in the Czech Republic, with focus on South Bohemia and Kladno regions. Part of the information was gained by using the internet on e-shops with seeds of exotic plants.

Changes in the Ukrainian international trade after the Crimea annexation. Reorientation from the Russian Federation to the EU

This thesis is mainly focusing on the international trade tendency of Ukraine after the annexation of Crimea and the military intervention of Russia in the Don- bas region. Specifically, this work examines the changes in the Ukraine-Russia trade dimension and reorientation of Ukraine from Russia to the EU Partnership. Therefore, the role of the Donbas region, which used to be deeply integrated into the supply chains of Russian companies, is crucial to analyze. The prepared re- view of Ukrainian international trade agreements with Russia and other countries, specifically focusing on the changes of the main partners during the last years, is presented to emphasis the actuality of this thesis topic. This work is based on the comparison of patterns of Ukrainian foreign trade before and after the annexation of Crimea, with the further effects of the exten- sion towards European economics. The understanding of Crimea, the history of the peninsula and its inhabitants, the Crimean Tatars, is initially reviewed and covered.
