Vývoj a současný stav životního prostředí katastrálního území Brno-Slatina
Imreová, Sára
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the development and current state of the environment in the cadastral area of Brno-Slatina in the years 2000-2020. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to introduce the issues related to land use in Europe and the Czech Republic and the impact of urbanization on the environment. The necessary data for the elaboration were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office. Data unavailable at the Czech Statistical Office were obtained by measuring from map data in GIS environment. As a result, the develo-pment and evaluation of the structures of land types is presented. The loss of agricultural land is recorded at the expense of built-up areas. The area is also plagued by the problem of lack of water bodies and green spaces, due to which an urban heat island is being cre-ated in the area. Based on the information found, recommendations are depicted which can help in improving the environmental development.
Historical data analysis of the farming technique and the crop structure in the Stropnice interest area
SALLAIOVÁ, Věra
Agricultural cooperatives are the organizations of the agricultural companies. They were formed with the view to create the largest arable surfaces at the expense of the ecological problems; i. e. extinction of hedges and other natural protection. Than come to expressive decreases animals consequently. Organic agriculture is more considerate for the nowadays. This work was targed to the comparison of the changes in the crop structure in four agricultural farms along 10 years. The individual crop tract was chnging depending on their decrees. It is possible to say that the result is a tendency of the arable soil increase to the prejudice of pastures and grasslands.
Economy of Malešov estate during the second half of 18th Century
Beneš, Václav ; Vlnas, Vít (advisor) ; Mikulec, Jiří (referee)
General analysis of both landlords and serf economy at the Malešov estate within time period ca 1725-1800. From the point of view of methodology, text descents from principles of historical statistics and standard methods used by the history of agriculture. Primary sources (land registers) should be used as principal, with addition of information from literature and/or other sources. Main task is to analyse the economy of Malešov estate in the 2nd half of the 18th century and to compare main issues with other contemporary estates, e. g. Černý Kostelec. Research should be divided into two branches, generally. First of them is to find out total shares of farmland areas used both by the subjects and landlords. Second part focuses toward study of serf homesteads pointing changes of their tenure as well as material equipment. KEYWORDS history of agriculture, books of land registers, land use, Malešov estate, serf homestead, landlords economy, serf economy
Environmental modelling of landuse changes in the neighbourhood of coal mines with the GIS
Antalová, Daniela ; Matějíček, Luboš (advisor) ; Kopačková, Veronika (referee)
ENVIRONMENTAL MODELLING OF LAND USE CHANGES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF COAL MINES WITH THE GIS Abstract Human society causes an increasing pressure on land and its use. The requirements and demands of humanity has significantly changed in the last few decades. This is the foundation of continuous environmental impacts, particularly in those areas where mining companies exploit natural resources on a large scale for personal and economic well-being, and thus significantly transform the land surface. The objective of this thesis is to refer to changes in land use in the vicinity of surface coal mines in the districts of Chomutov, Most, Teplice and Sokolov where these coal mines take up large areas. We do so with the help of remote-sensing-based documentation and GIS applications. Mining dramatically transforms the appearance of surrounding landscapes and has a high impact on the environment. The thesis shows the change of land use based on both the images from the Landsat satellite and the inclusion in basic Corine categories in which was created layer of land cover for 1990, 2000, 2006 and 2012, and further shows the ecological stability of the landscape from 1986 up to now. The evolution and changes of ecological stability are analyzed with the help of ecological coefficient, cluster analysis, linear...
Soil and terrain changes as a result of increased erosion and accumulation processes in selected locations
Votýpka, Jan ; Šefrna, Luděk (advisor) ; Zádorová, Tereza (referee)
Soil and terrain changes as a result of increased erosion and accumulation processes in selected locations Abstract Colluvial soils are formed in areas with increased intensity of soil erosion. Colluvial soils originate as a result of their position in terrain, they are usually found in places where has accumulated erosion material. Very often they are to be found at the around of slopes. Their accumulation horizon is deeper than 25 cm with a great amount of organic carbon buried in it. In my diploma thesis I will attempt to take a closer look at three locations, each having different types of dominant soils. The aim of this diploma thesis is to rebuild the original shape of the terrain before the beginning of the soil erosion process. Keywords: colluvial soil, soil erosion, soil accumulation, land use, digital terrain model (DTM)
Evaluation of suburbanization in Prague's hinterland - influence on landuse, landscape stability and structure.
Kubečková, Jana ; Kupková, Lucie (advisor) ; Štych, Přemysl (referee)
Evaluation of suburbanization in Prague's hinterland - influence on landuse, landscape stability and structure Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the background of suburbanization in Prague, to evaluate the development of landscape, landscape structure and landuse. The first part of this work is devoted to analysis of domestic and foreign literature, which deals with suburbanization and evaluation of landscape structure. Another part is devoted to practical evaluation of the landscape using air photos and satelite pictures and orthophotos in three cadastral in 1994, 2004 and 2007. It concerns the cadastral Šeberov, Hole u Průhonic and Újezd. The evaluations are based on selected factors. It is found that the proportion of buildings and vegetations is increasing all the time and also found that for example scrub and forests were protected from new development. Furthermore, the most significant changes in land use were described and the landscape structure was evaluated according to selected factors. The outputs of this work were maps of land use in different years, maps of stable und unstable areas in different periods, maps of vegetation changes and tables summarizing the results of the evaluation parameters of the structure. Keywords: suburbanization, landscape structure, landuse, patch,...
Revitalizace krajiny po těžbě
Moravcová, Zdeňka
The diploma thesis called Revitalization of the Landscape after Mining deals with the current topic of recultivation of the area affected by mining, namely the deep mining of black coal in the territory of Karviná. The aim of the diploma thesis is to characterize the progress of one of the largest reclamation projects in the CR, the Karviná Sea, and to evaluate its success on the basis of a comparison of the ecological stability of the area before starting the mining and after the recultivation work. In order to determine the stability of the territory, two methods of calculation were used, namely a simpler calculation of the ecological stability coefficient according to Míchal, and a more precise calculation of Miklós ecological stability coefficient, which also takes into account the ecological significance of individual landscape elements. The results show an unambiguous increase in ecological stability of the area of interest after recultivation, compared to very low ecological stability in 1950.
History and present state of the landscape of the former fish pond system in the drainage basin of the Opatovický kanál channel (Central and Eastern Bohemia)
Leglerová, Anna ; Lipský, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Pavelková, Renata (referee)
This work is focused on the dynamics of landscape change of fish pond system in Polabí region, specifically the drainage basin of the channel Opatovický kanál. Theoretical part provides information about origin, development and present state of fish pond system. Experimental part provides the mapping of ponds in five time periods covering the epoch between the 18th and the 21st century. Information about ponds in the 16th and the 17th century are provided as well but without pond areas. The reason for their absence is insufficiency of sources. Development of the area and quantity of ponds is discussed as well as land use and land cover change on the extinct pond areas. Finally, application of the fish pond development knowledge in landscape planning and revitalization are discussed based on the information gained by the mapping and research. Key words: fish pond systems, land cover, land use, landscape changes, Polabí region, drainage basin of the channel Opatovický kanál
Krajina v pohraničí a její specifika
