The Competencies of Employees in the Accounting Position

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the activities and competencies of accountants and to propose various types of education that would help improve these skills. Another goal is to suggest an optimal workload of employees for the accounting position. The analysis of competencies and activities was carried out by questionnaires whose respondents are employees in the accounting position. The data obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Chi-square test in the STATISTICA environment. Based on the results, the job description was designed in such way to cover all the duties the accountant has to fulfill within his / her position and equally leaving room for specific requirements of clients.

Influence of the number of workplaces on the nursery school management

This entity may be formed by a different number of kindergartens. Function headmistress brings a large amount of the duties, responsibilities and necessary skills knowledge management. Their list highlights the difficult and hard work director. The director of the kindergarten in its sole discretion and to the extent that it determines legislation specifies certain ways of working procedures, organization and decisions so that kindergarten filled its function. This thesis deals with the differences in the management of kindergartens with different number of centers in the Region. The aim is to identify, analyze and evaluate the differences in the management of kindergartens with different number of workplaces, time management, preservation of identity and autonomy kindergartens. Assess whether the management of kindergartens with one workplace and schools formed more work influenced and conditioned by education directors of kindergartens. Responsibilities of a form master at a contemporary lower secondary school

The diploma thesis deals with the definition of the responsibilities of a form master at a lower secondary school. The aim is to describe which activities should constitute the responsibilities of a form master at a lower secondary school, which activities form masters actually carry out, how their responsibilities are defined, and the way the form masters are informed about what they are expected to do. The theoretical part provides an overview of what can be found about form masters' work and their responsibilities in the specialized literature. In the practical part, documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech School Inspectorate were scrutinised using the method document analysis. The analysis has shown that these documents do not contain any lucid definition of a form master and nor do they provide any list of their responsibilities. The second research method used in this thesis is a structured interview with four form masters working at different lower secondary schools. The interviews helped to find out what responsibilities these four form masters have to carry out and how they were informed about them. Duties of preschool children

Bachelor thesis is dealing with clarification and fixation of the concept of responsibility in relation to child in preschool age. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on conceptualization of phenomenon responsibility and its role in the educational process of preschool children. The practical part is presenting the views of children on their home responsibilities. These views were firstly examined through qualitative research, which was done with children of the age among five and seven years. Secondly, through opinions of parents of interviewed children, which were obtained by quantitative research. The results of the researches were compared with the theoretical knowledge. The aim of this work was to find out if children in preschool age do have their responsibilities and what brings the importance of their existence or absence to them.

Final thesis deals with one of the managerial competencies of teachers-checking. The essence of control is a critical evaluation of reality with respect to the intended target. The work is based both on theoretical knowledge gained by studying professional literature, both from some of the experience gained from their own practice, as well as the knowledge that I gained studying school management and in particular the analysis of the information obtained through use of interview techniques, interview related to the findings, in which a variety of professional contexts performing teachers nursery and primary school management activities and monitoring what is normally subject to their control.

The role of insolvency administrator in bankruptcy and discharge of debts

The topic of the master thesis is the role of insolvency administrator in bankruptcy and dischargeofdebts. The thesis defines the role of an insolvency administrator in an entire process of aninsolvency proceeding, from administrator nomination to the end of the procedure. The first part of thesis describes the historical development of the legislation of insol-vency proceeding and its characteristic. The second part of the thesis is focused on the figure of the insolvency administrator and administrator and his nomination together with the conditions, how to get the authorization to exercise this function. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the comparison of the legislation ofinsol-vency proceeding before the amendment of the Act about insolvency from 1. 1. 2014 and the recent way of proceeding. In this comparison I am focusing on analysis of terri-torial action of individual insolvency administrators. All the information I have found, I use in practice thanks to the company Alva s.r.o., which provided me all the documen-tation needed to find out, if all the insolvency administrators work in the same way or not, and if they work as they should. In the conclusion of my thesis there is a summary of all the facts I have found out.

Leadership through responsibilities

The goal of this thesis is to define leadership style called Leadership through responsibilities, show its advantages, disadvantages and offer recommendation, which should result in minimization or complete elimination of disadvantages. Introduced theoretical principle is shown on the company HUB, s.r.o. In the first chapter there are shown theories of leadership, there are introduced classical leadership styles using research of other authors and in this chapter we can also find definition of Leadership through responsibilities in the context of introduced styles of the other authors. In the second chapter we can find explanation of the term Svoboda v práci (literally -- freedom at work), its main characteristics and connection between Svoboda v práci and our examined style. In the third chapter we will introduce the company which will serve as a source of examples for putting Leadership through responsibilities into practice. We will introduce the advantages and disadvantages we found, which will be also accompanied with examples. In the final part of the thesis there are offered recommendations, how to minimize disadvantages. The data used in the research of this leadership model come from personal experience, structured interviews, in-house analyzes and membership questionnaires.

Position and Responsibilities of Parents in Relation to Mandatory Vaccination

The BA thesis deals with the attitudes of parents to compulsory vaccination. The aim was to find out what the attitudes of parents to compulsory vaccination are in České Budějovice. The thesis is divided into two independent parts. A content analysis of relevant documents was used in the theoretical part which also explains and defines concepts associated with the above mentioned subject. The theoretical part is followed by research which was carried out by means of a survey, i.e. a semi-structured interview technique. At the same time, a method of observation, i.e. a technique of structured observation with pre-defined observed phenomena, was also employed. A total of 10 parents living in České Budějovice took part in the research. A main research question was set, and so were four subsidiary questions which were necessary for its answering and which focused on what experience parents had with compulsory vaccination, on the assessment of the current vaccination system, on the behaviour of parents in the case of a transfer to voluntary vaccination and on possible objections to compulsory vaccination. The results of the research show that a majority of the chosen parents has a positive attitude to compulsory vaccination and that most parents agree with preserving its compulsory character. At the same time they responded that if this vaccination were to become voluntary, they would nevertheless have their children vaccinated. The BA thesis and the results of its research can serve as a source of information for parents who are interested in the issue of compulsory vaccination.

Motivation of student teachers of vacational subjects for study.

This thesis deals with the motivation of students and their attitudes to the study of vocational subjects teaching. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the teacher, the choice of the teaching profession, teaching studies, role of a teacher in the teaching profession, teacher competence. It continues with the description of the profile of a combined studies graduate of vocational subjects at the University of South Bohemia, Faculty of Education. For the practical part were established some research questions, related to the students motivation and their attitudes to this study. The research questions are confirmed or refuted by a research probe in the form of a questionnaire survey. This survey contains 20 questions that respondents answered in writing. The elected respondents were some students of the first and third grade of the combined studies of Teaching of vocational subjects at the University of South Bohemia, Faculty of Education, Department of Education and Psychology.
