Influence of specific intervention exercise with aim to skill improvement of no-dominant leg in youth football players

Topic: The effect of a specific intervention program with focus to improve the work of the non-dominant limb in young soccer players Goals: The goal of the thesis is to verify a specific intervention program aimed atm improving the individual's selected gaming activities and the work of the non- dominant limb. Methods: The movement program took place in the period 2. 3. 2023 until 6. 4. 2023. The studied group consisted of 23 probands in the age range of 10-11 years. The test battery was measured with a manual stopwatch. Results: The intervention program had a positive impact on the individual. For the vast majority of probands, there was an improvement in game activities during selected exercises. In 95 % of the probands, there was an average improvement in work with the non-dominant limb by 1.57 seconds. Thanks to this program, not only did the observed values decrease, but it also helped to improve the perception of the importance of working on the non-dominant limb. The relationship between basic motor coordination and motor skills in primary school children

Title: The relationship between basic motor coordination and fundamental movement skills in primary school children Author: Dominik Chládek Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn Ph.D. Objectives: To investigace the level of motor coordination and basic motor skills in children of younger school age. At the same time, the aim is to find out the possible relationship between the level of motor coordination and fundamental movement skills. Methods: The test population included 106 pupils from grades 3 to 5, aged 10 to 11 of primary school. The TGMD-2 test battery was used to assess their motor skills level, while the KTK test battery was used to assess motor coordination. Results: The results of this research show below average to very poor performance on the TGMD-2 test in 96 (90.5 %) of the 106 probands. In the KTK test, 44 (41.5 %) children rating normal and 45 (42.5 %) probands rating good according to the motor quotient. Furthermore, there was a strong correlation between TGMD-2 and KTK tests and non-significant differences between boys and girls. Comparison of movement abilities and skills in players of children's categories between individual football clubs

Title: Comparison of movement abilities and skills in children's players between clubs in football. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine and then compare the level of selected motor skills and abilities in the U8 football category between selected football clubs. Methods: 61 players of U8 category (Bohemians Praha 1905 - 21 players, ČAFC Praha- 20 players, FC Spartak Rychnov nad Kněžnou - 20 players) participated in the study. Selected tests from UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) were used to obtain the necessary data. Game ball handling skill was tested by non-standardized 4x10 m ball test. Results: We found that U8 players whose A team plays in the first league are better in 2 out of 5 tests than clubs whose A team plays in the fifth league. We also found that U8 players playing for a Prague club are also better in 2 out of 5 tests than a non-Prague club. Retrospective analysis focused on finding the most successful clubs in the education of young hockey talents in the 70s, 80s and 90s in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the most successful clubs in development of young hockey players in seventies, eighties, and nineties in Czech Republic. In the analytical part we were interested in development of ice-hockey player and physiological conditions. We were also concerned with professional army sport. In synthetic part we mentioned all ice-hockey clubs, which played their part in developing top ice-hockey players. We also described five best ice-hockey clubs. We found out that in last 30 years there were 202 representational players, including 21 goalkeepers, 69 defenders and 112 attackers, on major tournaments. The most successful club was HC Dukla Jihlava, because of their program, which helped 54 players till they reach twenty years of age.
Physical fitness of children in elementary school - comparison of physical fitness of 5th and 6th grade students with a view to the results of national testing

The diploma thesis deals with the physical fitness of children in elementary school. The aim of this work is to determine the level of physical fitness of children in the 5th and 6th grade of elementary school and to compare the results with national testing. The UNIFITTEST 6- 60 test battery was used in the research investigation, which evaluates the achieved level of movement skills in four motor tests, which were also carried out during national testing. The first part of the research is an introductory measurement (pretest), in which the pupils of both classes are measured using four motor tests - a long jump from a standing position, a sit- down repeatedly, an endurance shuttle run and a 4x10 meter shuttle run. Within the measured period, the tested sample (5th grade) is lead for eight weeks to improve the given movement skills. In the final measurement (posttest), motor tests are performed with both groups and the change compared to the pretest is monitored. At the end, the achieved results of the 5th and 6th grades are compared with the outlook for the results of the national testing of the 7th grades. The movement skills of children in the compulsory year of preschool education

The aim of the thesis was to acquire information from educators about: conditions for physical activities, versatile movement development and movement skills of children in the compulsory preschool education and to measure the level of movement skills of this group of children. The thesis is based on theoretical and empirical research. Theoretical part characterizes preschool period with the emphasis on the child's development and presents some documents, that are crucial for development of movement skills in kindergartens. Then it introduces the activities in kindergartens which leads to development of activity and health of children. Theoretical part is ended by a chapter about possibilities of measuring the movement of preschool children. In a practical part the questionnaires were used and information about conditions for physical activities, versatile movement development and movement skills of children in the compulsory preschool education were obtained from educators from different regions of the Czech Republic. Analysis of selected movement skills in girls volleyball team in Prague

Title: Analysis of selected moving skills of girls in Prague volleyball preparation Objectives: The aim of this work is based on repeated testing to analyze the level of selected moving skills of girls in Prague volleyball preparation. Methods: There was carried out two outdoor measurements of six moving skills of girls in Prague volleyball preparation. The results were summarized in tables and graphs and compared with each other using the average method. Results: It was found, that the optimal composition of volleyball preparation are girls aged 6- 9 years. This age range is identical to the sensitive period, that is most suitable for the development of moving skills and abilities. The relationship between the level of technique skills and performance in small-sided games in U12 football players

Topic: The relationship between the level of technique skills and performance in small- sided games in U12 football players. Objective: To find the diferences in success of defeating an opponent in small-sided games between three groups of players (devided according to level of technical mastery of defeating an opponent in technical exercise without an opponent). To find the relationship between level of technique skill in defeating an opponent and success of defeating an opponent in real condition in small-sided games in U12 football players. Methods: Evaluation was based on our test. Small-sided games were used for evaluation of success of defeating an opponent in situations 1 on 1. Methods of direct and indirect assessment with help of video were used for assessment of the test as well as the small-sided games. Results: Significant effect size differences were found between groups of players in small-sided games in % success of defeating an opponent and % success of keeping the ball in attempt to defeating an opponent. The results suggests that players with higher level of technical skills in defeating an opponent are more successful in defeating an opponent in real game situations. Eva Nechlebová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis is about suitable motoric activities for pre - school children. The objektive of this thesis is the creation of a methodical handbook for suitable motoric activities for pre- school children. In the theoretic part the attention is paid to the human motor skills, basic motoric abilities, motoric training and the characteristic of the pre-school age. In the practical part there is a suggestion of a methodical handbook for suitable motoric activities for pre-school children. The first part of this work was studying of school educational programmes of selected nursery schools. The second part consisted in semi-structured interview survey aimed at physical education teachers of the first class at the elementary school and its following analysis. The results of the analysis were basic for the methodical handbook. The results showed that the majority of the first class children have not learnt some chosen motoric skills.
