Diplomová práce se zabývá tělesnou zdatností dětí na základní škole. Cílem této práce je zjištění úrovně tělesné zdatnosti dětí v 5. a 6. třídě a srovnání výsledků s celostátním testováním. Ve výzkumném šetření byla použita testová baterie UNIFITTEST 6-60, která hodnotí dosažený stupeň pohybových dovedností ve čtyřech motorických testech, které byly provedeny i při celostátním testování. První částí výzkumu je úvodní měření (pretest), ve kterém jsou žáci obou tříd měřeni pomocí čtyř motorických testů - skok daleký z místa snožmo, sed-leh opakovaně, vytrvalostní člunkový běh a člunkový běh 4x10 metrů. V rámci měřeného období je s testovaným vzorkem (5. třídou) vedena výuka po dobu osmi týdnů na zlepšení daných pohybových schopností. V závěrečném měření (posttest) jsou s oběma skupinami provedeny motorické testy a je sledována změna oproti pretestu. Na závěr jsou dosažené výsledky 5. a 6. třídy srovnány s výhledem k výsledkům celostátního testování 7. tříd. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zmíněny v závěru praktické části práce. Z výsledků můžeme sledovat pokračující trend snížené tělesné zdatnosti dětí a velké zastoupení v kategorii podprůměrné výkonnosti. Z testovaných cvičenců v průměru lépe dopadli chlapci. Cíleným nácvikem pohybových schopností lze docílit zlepšení u několika cvičenců, avšak otázkou stále... The diploma thesis deals with the physical fitness of children in elementary school. The aim of this work is to determine the level of physical fitness of children in the 5th and 6th grade of elementary school and to compare the results with national testing. The UNIFITTEST 6- 60 test battery was used in the research investigation, which evaluates the achieved level of movement skills in four motor tests, which were also carried out during national testing. The first part of the research is an introductory measurement (pretest), in which the pupils of both classes are measured using four motor tests - a long jump from a standing position, a sit- down repeatedly, an endurance shuttle run and a 4x10 meter shuttle run. Within the measured period, the tested sample (5th grade) is lead for eight weeks to improve the given movement skills. In the final measurement (posttest), motor tests are performed with both groups and the change compared to the pretest is monitored. At the end, the achieved results of the 5th and 6th grades are compared with the outlook for the results of the national testing of the 7th grades.
