Social Enterprise-Centered Varieties of Capitalism: How does the variant of capitalism impact the social enterprise sector?

Sociální podniky představují způsob, jak využít již existující instituce a trhy k řešení sociálních potřeb, které nejsou dostatečně pokryty soukromým sektorem nebo státem. Sociální problémy, které se snaží řešit, jejich institucionální rámec a trhy na kterých operují jsou jedinečné v rámci svého národního nebo dokonce regionálního kontextu. To vytváří problémy s rozšiřováním a implementací úspěšných modelů do nových komunit. Tato diplomová práce definuje tyto institucionální kontexty pomocí teoretického rámce odvozeného z literatury o Modelech kapitalismu na základě srovnání ukazatelů ekonomické koordinace a vládní intervence v různých zemích. Pomocí regresních technik nejmenších čtverců na průřezovém souboru dat ze 49 zemí byly posuzovány následující tři výzkumné otázky. Zaprvé, má model kapitalismu vliv na sektor sociálních podniků? Za druhé, mají cílené snahy zaměřené na podporu podnikání vedlejší účinky, které prospívají sociálnímu podnikání? Za třetí, poskytují společnosti ve kterých převládají postmaterialistické hodnoty příznivější prostředí pro rozvoj sociálních podniků? Perception of cultural and natural values and visitor's preferences in a northeastern part of PLA Třeboňsko: former deer park Jemčina and her importance for cycling tourism

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of perception of cultural and natural values and visitors preferences in the northeastern part of the Třeboňsko PLA, the thesis is focused on a specific area of the former Jemčina domain. In addition to visitor preferences related to the perception of natural and cultural in the studied area, the importace the importace of the field for cycling tourism i salso addressed in the work. The aim of the Works to find out, using a questionnaire survey, which values in the given area the respondents prefer, whether the naturalor cultural values in the area of Jemčina are highlighted for the respondents, as well as the fact how the respondents perceive the quality of rous suitable for cycling in Jemčina. The research is focused only for respondents who have already visited Jemčina or were physically present in the studied area at the time of the research. The results of the questionnaire survey served to define specific proposals for improving not only the rous for cyclint in Jemčina, but also for incerasing the number of visitors and further development of the area.

S U M M A R Y This submitted dissertation thesis deals with the problematics of social cohesion through effects analysis of cultural values on the development of social and political relations in a society as such. The efforts of the thesis are not only directed towards articulation of Rawls's principals of justice, but they also reveal the desire to connect with the topic of the basic human rights from which questions of a suitable concept of societies derive. It actually means that the suitable concept in which it would be possible to achieve, from the point of view of intersubjective relations, a sufficient level of social cohesion and that way to strengthen an important factor for sustainability of social relations in societies as such. From the point of view of methodology, these thesis are for sufficient review as well as easier orientation in the whole work divided into 4 parts, which split further into 5 chapters. Before the four parts, the INTRODUCTION comes and it tries to be not only practical, but also academic in style to provide an introductory beginning of my work. Cultural identity of migrants in France

This master thesis investigates adaptation and cultural identity of migrants living in France. The sample consisted of migrants from Sub-Saharan Africa and French overseas departments who went to France for their studies. The research contains a qualitative and a quantitative part. The qualitative study was realized through semi-structural interwiev, in which partici- pated 19 students in age from 21-33 years. Results indicate that the migrants identify in their country of origin mostly with solidarity and warmth of the people, which contrasts with impersonal relationships of an individualistic french society. In spite of occasional experience with discrimination in France, most of migrants seem to adapt quite well. In France, they appretiate mostly the opportunity to succeed in life, which is given to everybody, something that is far from the case in their country of origin. In the quantitative study, 40 migrants in age from 18-45 years completed a questionnaire survey on internet. Due to a small number of participants the research have rather orientatio- nal character. Results indicated, unexpectedly, that the strenght of ethnic identity diminishes over time, which is in contradiction with several previous studies. The Methodology of Identification of Cultural Artefacts in Landscape

The methodology of identification of cultural artefacts in landscape is a tool to recognize and sort different artefacts - small objects and elements in landscape. Those, who have cultural values and participate in creating uniqueness of the place and help to discover its identity. Creating the typology of the cultural artefacts according to this methodology enables the municipality to recognize as a value also the objects without legal protection, take care of them during for example spatial planning process and renew their authenticity in tertiary landscape structure.

The Role of Local Government for the Protection of Cultural Values

The diploma thesis sets out to deal with the role of local governments for the protection of cultural values. The theoretical part discusses what cultural values are, what are their contributions and why it is necessary to protect them. This is followed by the analysis of instruments and institutions regarding the protection of culture values in the Czech Republic with the focus on Prague, being a significant cultural centre with many cultural values within its territory. It can be seen that local governments have many options on how to protect their cultural values, for which their level of initiative is crucial. The Prague government has many institutions and instruments aiming to protect the cultural values of the area, however there are some shortcomings. The most current one is a missing updated cultural strategy in Prague. From a long-term point of view, it can also be seen that there is a decline in spending on culture and lack of education and awareness in the cultural sphere.

The principles of protection and restoration of greenery in urban conservation zones: The certified methodology 1/2015-050

The methodology establishes principles for the protection, restoration and care of greenery in specific areas with cultural and historical values –- urban conservation zones. Attention is therefore focused partly on the development of instruments in the context of urban planning documentation – determination of the conditions for the protection of the heritage value and character of the territory, partly on the technologies of restoration, development and maintenance care for the various types of greenery areas and a choice of oody plant assortment. Management of the greenery is developed in relation to differentiation of urban conservation zones according to their importance for the composed territory. This methodology follows the methodology Evaluation of greenery in urban conservation zones (Sojková, Širina 2014).

Analysis of Cultural Values in an International Environment and its Influence on the Strategy of an Organisation

This diploma thesis deals with the role of cultural values in the international cooperation. Theoretical part focuses on the definition of culture, its elements, problems of multicultural teams and cultural dimensions. Practical part concentrates on the ERA, international non-profit organisation. It contains the presentation of the organisation, including its development, economic meaning, situational analysis and marketing mix. An integral part of this thesis is the research. Its objective is to obtain information about respondents' views on the organization itself, its ideas and values, and possible international and cultural barriers.
