Sanatorium with Speleotherapy Ostrov u Macochy

The topic of my master’s thesis was to create an architectural study of Hospital with Speleotheraphy in Ostrov u Macochy. Sanatorium provides expert care to children suffering diseases of the respiratory tract, particular allergic and infections. Operation of the building is intended primary for children od preschool age. The building was divided into two main section. It ensures a conflict-free, natural traffic - two interconnected buildings. These buildings were carefully planted in the landscape of the Moravian Karst and contribute to teh development of Ostrov u Macochy.
Game for Teaching Very Basic Programming

The main goal of this thesis is to create a game for teaching very basic programming. An analysis of current programming education games and education principles takes up the first part of this thesis. This is followed by a design and implementation of visual programming interface in Unity3d and later integration of this interface into a simple game supporting the foundings from the first part of the thesis. This thesis is then being evaluated from the technical and user perspective with the goal to analyze the effectiveness of both the visual programming interface and the game as a tool to introduce programming to non-coders.
Leisure time sport activities of children between age 12-14

Tittle: Leisure time sport activities of children between age 12 - 14. Objectives: Goal of my thesis is find a way how prepubescent kids spending their time, amount of lemure time and what exercise regime they have. What kind of activities are they choosing and who has brought them to sport. In the sekond way we are examining thein relationship to PE and if theirs parents are doing some sort of sport. Subjekt: In our researche were includet 103 kids in age 12 -14. 27 of them are living Libiny in Perštejn (16 boys and 11 girls) and 76 of them are from Klášterec nad Ohří (38 boys and 38 girls) Methods: Survey Results: I was confirmed ,that main impulse of sport activity of kids are they parents. The second comfirmed result is, that count of boys doing some sport activities is bigger than girls. Keywords: kids, sport activity, leisure time

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a portable autorefractometer intended for preventive screening of amblyopia and refractive errors in young children. The goal is to create a well-balanced portable autorefractometer with a comfortable and properly positioned handle that will have a modern, pleasant and playful design. The work is based on the current state of knowledge and was created with ergonomic and technical requirements in mind.
Drama and educational lessons designed with primary school children

In my thesis I focus on the benefits of drama education for primary school pupils. In the introduction, I consider the theoretical basis of drama education, project teaching, their use and the impact on the child's personality. An important chapter of the theoretical part is the developmental specifics of first-grade children. Main part of the work is the design of educational lessons for all grades of primary school. The focus of the work is the elaboration of drama-educational lessons within one topic (St. Ursula - the patroness of Ursula's education). Every lesson is designed so that it corresponds to the developmental level of students in a particular year. The practical part contains action research and evaluation of the questionnaire, which will check the depth of students' knowledge before and after the project within the given topic. Further includes a questionnaire for feedback from teachers of individual classes. The implementation of the proposed project is supplemented by a description, self-reflection and comparison of work in individual years. The second part of the diploma thesis also includes a comparison of the used methods of drama education in terms of functionality, with regard to the age and developmental specifics of students of individual years. Kids' Athletic skills

Title: Kids' Athletic skills Objectives: To describe a level of skills of kids in a selection of exercises, who attend the preparatory athletic school, and to compare this level between 5-6 and 8-9 years old kids. To find out if kids, who attend other sports club, will achieve higher levels of skills. Methods: In my thesis I used a method of observation, a method of analysis, a method of comparison and a method of interview. Results: A prerequisite that older kids will achieve better results than younger kids, I didn't confirm absolutely. Overall, they often achieved better results, but in some exercises were younger kids at a very similar level. The second prerequisite that kids, who attend other sports clubs, will achieve better results than other kids, I can not confirm, since all children attend other sports clubs. Kids news - Czech television children chanel ČT: D newscat

This thesis deals with programs for children and news for children on public channel ČT: D, which broadcasts from August 2013. Individual chapters are focused on public TV in Europe, and their children's news. Children's news are set in a European context of children's shows. The thesis includes two studies, quantitative content analysis of show Zprávičky within two months - from October to November 2013, and qualitative research through in-depth interviews with ten respondents representing the target audience of channel ČT: D. Quantitative content analysis focuses on the themes of children's news, how much time is devoted to such topics, and whether the messages are really focused on their audience, the children. Qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews with respondents investigated the children's views on the agenda of news items that show watching on topics that kids want, watching the news affects daily life. The effect of material demands and socio-economic status of families on the choice of sport

Title: The effect of material demands and socio-economic status of families on the choice of sport Objectives: Find out if material support in the form of renting hockey gear enables families to overcome the barrier of financial demands when choosing ice hockey as a sport for children. Using the material support may be related to level of socioeconomic status. Therefore, the dependence of using material support and level of the socioeconomic status will be examined. Results can be utilised for better planning of projects which aim at supporting and expanding the membership base of ice hockey or other sports. Methods: In the thesis secondary data analysis method will be used. Moreover, primary data will be collected, using quantitative method of questioning. Results: Failure to provide material support is not a significant barrier for choosing ice hockey as a sport for children. The possibility of material support rather allows parents to easily and quickly provide their kids with hockey equipment in one place. Thanks to this, their children can try ice hockey for the first time. Possibility of renting equipment free of charge means that parents do not primarily look for a reduction of costs on purchasing of hockey gear.
