The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency and financing of the investment project. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of investment decisions and the description of the main methods of assessing the effectiveness of investments. Another part explains the theoretical knowledge of financial and strategic analysis that affect investment decisions. The practical part of the work captures analysis of current state of the selected company. This analysis is the basis for drafting of the third part, which contains the proposals and recommendations of the investment project.

Innovation processes in construction company

This work explores issues of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship. Doctoral thesis focuses on the characteristics of product and process innovation in the construction company. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.

Financing of Construction Order from the Aspect Investor

The theoretical part deals with the building market. Mainly it focuses on the building market participants, the participants relationships and other financial resources. Afterwards it is dedicated to the building orders kinds according to various criteriums. The practical part is about financing possibilities of particular building object construction by means of mortgage credit where the investor is a married couple with one child. The mortgage credits are compared according to the determined conditions and requests by the investor. The result of the practical part is the evaluation and the best mortgage credit choice.

Financing of a construction contract from the perspective of the investor

The main goal of this bachelors thesis is to define and describe problematics of construction contracts from the financial point of view. More specificly from the point of view of someone who invests money into them. The thesis contents explenations of terms like building order, construction market members and some kinds of financial resourses which can be used to finance those types of contracts. Last but not least, there is an analysis of financial plan of the real construction contract supplemented by suggestions of possible changes in this financial plan.

The subject of the thesis is a economic and financial feasibility of investment carried out by private investor. In the theoretical part, I deal with the private sector, investments, life cycle of a project, feasibility study and risks in pre-investment phase. Then I evaluate economic and financial aspects of project. In the practical section I evaluate the project in terms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project financing options. The result is finding out the best way to fund the project.

Differences in Financing Building Enterprises Considering Their Size

The aim of this thesis is to compare differences in financing enterprises by size, law form and volume of orders. The first part includes identification of basic concepts and divisions, concerning enterprises, law forms, property structures and types of financing. And the second part, which is practical, is a questionaire survey carried out in the czech building market and its main aim is to compare differences in building enterprises.
