Cílem práce je porovnat rozdíly ve financování podniků podle velikosti podniku, právní formy a objemu zakázek. První část práce obsahuje seznámení se základními pojmy a rozděleními, týkající se podniků, právních forem, majetkových struktur a druhů financování. Druhá část práce-praktická část je provedena formou dotazníkového průzkumu na českém stavebním trhu a má za úkol především porovnávat rozdíly stavebních podniků. The aim of this thesis is to compare differences in financing enterprises by size, law form and volume of orders. The first part includes identification of basic concepts and divisions, concerning enterprises, law forms, property structures and types of financing. And the second part, which is practical, is a questionaire survey carried out in the czech building market and its main aim is to compare differences in building enterprises.
