Předložená diplomová práce „Návrh rozvoje internacionalizační strategie společnosti Heinrich Huhn na mexickém trhu” je založená na identifikaci kritických faktorů ovlyvňujících volbu konkrétní mezinárodní formy vstupu. Teoretická čásť je zaměřená na otázku globalizace a internacionalizace, její strategie a forem vstupu. Analytická čásť zahrnuje analýzu interního podnikatelského prostředí firmy Heirich Huhn, přehled odvětví, analýzu externího mexického prostředí, které sú následně shrnuty v analýze SWOT. Poslední čásť nabízí návrhy a doporučení založená na konsolidaci předložených analýz.

Celá práca je postupne rozdelená do troch hlavných častí – na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V teoretickej časti sú zhodnotené poznatky získané z literárnych zdrojov zameraných na strategický management firiem. Analytická časť sa zaoberá firmou Nobilis Tilia, s.r.o., jej históriou a portfóliom produktov. Následne je spracovaná analýza vonkajšieho obecného prostredia, Porterova Analýza Piatich Síl, SWOT analýza nemeckého trhu s kozmetikou. Návrhová časť práce ponúka prehľad odporúčaní, založených na výsledkoch spomínaných analýz.

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company HomeGym s.r.o. on a foreign market. Diploma is situated in four parts. The introductory part deals with the definition of the issue, the determination of the main and partial objectives, the processing process and the methodology used. The next part is theoretical, where the terms related to the issue are defined. The practical part follows, which is divided into an analytical part and own solutions. The analysis of the current state of the company is contained in the analytical part, which is followed by their own solutions and their contribution to the development of the company's business activities in foreign markets.

The analytical part describes the current state of the selected company, the result of which is a SWOT analysis. In the design part, individual recommendations and proposals concerning development are elaborated.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the product. This work defines the theoretical backgroung and issues related to customer satisfaction. The basic methods and processes for analysis of the marketing environment and the isssue of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical solutions are applied to a specific product, running shoes of the company adidas. The questionnaire survey, internal and external analysis, suggests the factors with which customers are or are not satisfied. Specific proposals to increase customer satisfaction with the product are set out on the basis of the outputs from the questionnaire.
