The diploma thesis is focused on the management of the environmental system in the company Fosfa a.s. The first part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical information and definition of the terms environmental management and standards ČSN ISO 14 001. The second part is an analysis and evaluation of the economic situation of the company. Finally, the results and proposals of a standard that improves the current situation and eliminates shortcomings related to the environment are summarized.

The bachelor thesis is focused on environmental management of the system in a selected company. The company uses HACCP as the only risk management and protection system. In the analysis I will describe and evaluate the economic side of the company. The conclusion of the thesis is to propose the ISO 14001 standard to improve the current situation and eliminate the shortcomings in the company.

Ecological evaluation and labeling of electrical products

This bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of reducing the negative effects of electrical products on the environment. After a general description of the current state, including activities aimed at awarding environmental labels, attention is focused on the possibilities of ecological evaluation of electrical products. Legislation according to the standards of the ISO 14020 series is applied for this that are focused on three possibilities of awarding eco-labels. In the practical part a procedure for awarding the ECO mark according to the ISO 14021 standard is proposed. This could be granted by the manufacturers themselves on compliance with the prescribed conditions as in the case of the declaration of conformity for the CE marking.

Industry Hall Moravany - Selected parts of the construction-technology plan

The aim of this diploma thesis is the preparation of a constructional-technology study into the realization of carcass industry hall in the village Moravany u Brna. An itemized budget has been created for the framework alongside a proposal for the main building mechanisms, time management, health and safety plan and environmental management. The thesis is focused on detailed realization of the precast concrete frame which outlines technological regulation and inspection and a trial plan. The thesis further deals with site equipment, possible public transport routes into specific areas and how the main technological stages are developed. In creation of this thesis were used constructional-technological softwares BuildPowerS, CONTEC, ArchiCAD, AutoTurn, Vehicle Tracking and Hluk+9.

Environmental Management of National Parks in CR: Assessment of Local Residents

8 ABSTRACT The participants of environmental management are able to contribute to the sustainable development of protected areas through organized cooperation that requires a complex approach. Therefore, identification and classification of attitudes or relationships between stakeholders are highly desirable as well as determining the factors influencing their thinking towards the existence of protected areas. The explanatory variables like age, education, local and ecological knowledge and employment are usually discussed to explain of residents' opinions on protected areas. This work focuses on the residents of National parks Krkonose, Podyji and Ceske Svycarsko and a team of researchers under the leadership of a supervizor was systematically monitored residents' opinions since 1999 in these national parks. Four-block questionnaire field surveys were conducted in 19 villages influenced by national park management and 469 samples were collected. Chi-square test and logistic regression were utilized to analyse the dataset. There are signifiant relationships (p < 0.05) between selected demographic, environmental, social, economic and institutional-political indicators. Results of the inventory survey of butterflies with daily activity (Lepidoptera, Zygaenoidea, Hesperioidea, Papilionoidea) in a nature reserve and a European significant site Střemošická stráň

Práce přináší výsledky inventarizačního průzkumu motýlů s denní aktivitou (Lepidoptera, Zygaenoidea, Hesperioidea, Papilionoidea) v přírodní rezervaci a evropsky významné lokalitě Střemošická stráň. Ve studovaném území byl v letech 2004 až 2007 prokázán výskyt celkem 62 druhů motýlů nadčeledí Zygaenoidea (čeleď Zygaenidae), Hesperioidea (čeleď Hesperidae) a Papilionoidea (čeledi Papilionidae, Pieridae, Lycaenidae, Nymphalidae a Satyridae). Do finálního seznamu jsou však započteny ještě další dva, recentně nepotvrzené, druhy motýlů – Polyommatus thersites a Thymelicus acteon, takže celkový počet uváděných druhů je 64. Oba uvedené druhy jsou sice na území PR nezvěstné, ale jejich výskyt nelze s jistotou vyloučit. V práci jsou komentovány nejvýznamnější nálezy vzhledem k regionu východních Čech a je doporučen vhodný management pro posílení populací motýlů na lokalitě.
