Electromobility, today and vision
Valíček, Roman ; Kracík, Petr (referee) ; Milčák, Pavel (advisor)
The main target of this bachelor thesis is to create an overview of current and future status of electromobility in the Czech Republic, including an analysis of possible impacts of this developing field to other sectors, especially energy industry and ecology. This work is divided into several sections. The first part is research and it deals with general knowledge related to electromobility at first and then it analyzes the current situation in our country. The electric vehicle charging and electromobility support are discussed in detail. The second part of the thesis focuses on the influence of electromobility growth on the power system and on the electromobile emission footprint. These chapters are based on self calculations and the results are evaluated at the end. The conclusion summarizes the findings and there is a comment about upcoming development of electromobility in the future.
Study of Business Processes in the Selected Company
Doušková, Barbora ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the business process, which is taking place in the company, which is a part of energetic industry. It focuses in more detail on analysis of particular activities, which are in the business process. The aim of the analysis is to find the critical points in the process and to suggest appropriate improvements.
Entrance zone objects of WANEMI, a.s. paper-mill in Zábřeh
Horký, Jan ; Zemánek, Václav (referee) ; Zemánková, Helena (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the entrance zone objects nearby a to-be-built energetic-paper mill factory WANEMI, Inc. in Zábřeh. It consists of two objects: a presentation pavilion and an administrative building. My design combines a function of parking and administration into one single object to occupy less land. Garages are intersected by a big open skylight in the middle with some trees planted in - this way people are moving as if in the treetops. The exhibition pavilion is situated in the intersection of main view axes to landscape dominants. Their extension is projected even into the interior where they determine main spaces. Visitor of the building climbs the way up along the important views to finish his way upstairs in the main hall.
An assessment of fracture behaviour of weld joints used in the power industry
Rádsetoulal, Milan ; Šiška, Filip (referee) ; Stratil, Luděk (advisor)
This thesis is focused on assessment of fracture behaviour of heterogeneous welded joint. The goal is to determine fracture behaviour at the interface of ferritic base metal and austenitic weld metal at temperature of 255°C. This kind of weld is widely used at energy industry. Fracture toughness was evaluated using CT specimens with size 0,5T in order to determine the initiation values of stable crack propagation. Fracture behaviour of the weld is correlated with results of metallography and fractography analysis. Both light and scanning electron microscopy is used for fractography analysis. An assessment of fracture behaviour of the interface of the weld joint is first of all connected with a need of suitable location of cycled crack to the interface of metals. In the case of well-prepared crack the lowest values of J-integral are observed. In other cases of slight crack deviation from the notch plane fracture values increase. Due to a large scatter of mechanical properties of heterogeneous weld joints an increased number of test specimens is needed to obtain relevant and conservative fracture toughness values. Correlation of fracture toughness with the results of fractography analysis leads to clarification of the crack trajectory and to description of fracture mechanism.
Alternative aggregates based on secondary raw materials from power industry
Kratochvíl, Jiří ; Kalina, Lukáš (referee) ; Opravil, Tomáš (advisor)
The current usage of both classical and fluid combustion ashes is not sufficient and they are deposited in large quantities. The focus of this master´s thesis is to determine and verify some possibilities of their suitable applications in construction industry, specifically as the alternative aggregates for concrete. After the performed analysis several systems based on both classical and fluid combustion ashes have been proposed. Portland cement and hydrated lime were used as admixtures and binding properties of fluid combustion ashes were also tested. The most important properties were compressive strength and bulk density. The aim was to appropriate an optimal ratio between the addition of modifying substance and resulting strength of prepared aggregate in order to correspond to standards for aggregates for concrete.

Faktory ovlivňující velikost tržeb v energetickém průmyslu
Lipárová, Romana
Diploma thesis deals with factors influencing sales volume in energy industry. The main objective of the thesis is to identify factors influencing sales volume across the whole energy industry. The partial objective of the thesis is to define factors influencing sales volume of the company ČEZ and assess the impact of the financial crisis related to energy industry in Czech Republic. The regression model showed dependency of sales from industrial activity on GDP, export of goods and services, unemployment rate and temperature. Additionally, dependency of sales ČEZ company on installed capacity, sale of heat and amount of workers was proved. It is suggested to develop science and research in energy industry.
