Má diplomová práce se zabývá marketingovou strategií hotelu Medplaya Hotel Bali, což je tříhvězdičkový hotel, který se nachází v těsné blízkosti města Málaga ve Španělsku. Je tvořen třemi připojenými budovami, které tvoří moderní rekreační komplex. Teoretická část definuje pojmy související s marketingovou strategií, které pak slouží ke zpracování analytické části. Na základě výsledků výzkumu dotazníků a základních analýz vnitřních a vnějších faktorů budou navržena doporučení pro rozvoj a zlepšení služeb Medplaya Hotel Bali.
Use of Statistical Methods in Analyzing Tourism in the Jeseník Region

The aim my bachelor`s thesis is the statistic analysis of the current state of tourism in the Jeseník region. The theoretical part describes individual statistical methods and discusses basic concepts of tourism and marketing of tourism. The practical part is devoted to analyzing the current state of tourism development in the Jeseník region. The analysis has three main parts. First is the analysis of tourism using time series for example: natural codition, culture and historici monuments, transport infrastructure or accommodation. The sekond part of the analysis containes the statistical data processing of the questionnaires. The results are summarized in the SWOT analysis of the Jeseník region. The last part contains recommendations for tourism development in the Jeseník region.

Next part contains the basics description of newly-formed organization, including expression of its mission and vision. The third part is focused on external and internal environment. Fourth part consist of marketing mix and implementation plan. Fulfilment of the work is evaluated at the end. The work contains instructions, procedures and information required for creation of efficient prospectus.

This thesis focuses on increasing the customer satisfaction of travel agency. Customer satisfaction is a key component for maintaining market position, company reputation and its growth. Client satisfaction is especially important in the area of services, including travel agencies. Based on a questionnaire survey among customers, using the NPS method and the KANO model, measures are designed for increasing it. Also the suggestions are obtained to improve company promotion with the use of customer survey.
