Name of Thesis: Program differences of the summer camps of the selected non-profit organizations. Thesis objectives: The comparison of the program differences of four non-profit organizations was the objective of the research. Method: All data were found out through the questionnaire, which was send by email through the home organization. These data were analyzed and the conclusions were deduced from therm. Results: The research proved that the program differences are very insignificant at these organizations. Each detachment has its specifics and it prepares the camp by its way, but the final orientation and also course of games are very similar. It doesn't matter so many about the organizations, to which the detachments are included, but rather about the detachment itself. Education of volunteers in Pionýr

This work is focused on the education of volunteers in Pionýr, which is organized within this association. The aim is to find out what the motivation of volunteers to take part in the education courses and what is the benefit of the courses for their work with children as well as for their personal development. In case someone does not participate in the course, there are reasons for not taking part in the course. The data are obtained through questionnaires that were distributed among volunteers registered within the Pionýr. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to improve the quality of education courses, focus on specific topics and make courses more attractive.

Impact of Pioneer membership between 1968 - 1980 on civic engagement after the Velvet revolution in the Pardubice region

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of Pionýr membership in the mentioned years on civic engagement, after the Velvet revolution in Pardubice region. The theoretical part will introduce theories of democratic and non-democratic civil society, the theory of opportunities for participation, the theory of disillusionment, or the theory of post-communist civil societies, on which the work will be based. In the second, empirical part, the organization Pionýr itself, the types of individual memberships, activities, organizations and more, will be defined. Subsequently, a quantitative analyse will be demonstrated by the method of narrative analysis and in-depth interviews with respondents, in each attempt to find a connection, between a former membership in Pionýr and civic engagement after the Velvet revolution. The aim of the work, is to find out whether the experience with civic engagement in a non-democratic regime, positively or negatively affects the involvement of the people even after the Velvet revolution within the democratic regime. Tourism for all with a focus on children's camps

This bachelor thesis deals with social tourism, applied to children camps. The presentation of the organization Pionýr, z. s. and subsequent analysis of the data on camps for the years 2002 - 2016. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the supply, especially the pioneer camps, on the market of the Czech Republic. In addition, using the data obtained from the SAFE project, demonstrate how much volunteer work on camps in the Czech Republic contributes. Finally, the aim was to verify how volunteer children's camps are important and beneficial in social tourism. When analysing the data of the Pionýr association, the decreasing trend in the number of camps as well as the number of children participating in the camps was found, however the interest in the camps is still high. Based on the outputs from the SAFE project, it was calculated how much volunteer work would cost for pioneer camps for 2016.
